Ability to download tracking information of orders fulfilled by FBA
In the reports tab, you can only export orders which are shipped via a carrier. If you use a fulfillment provider (like FBA) then you cannot download/export those orders. I think this is a bug. When I reported it as a bug, support team asked me to request as a new feature

We could really use this feature as well. We download reports from Shipstation to show our overall shipments for the day and downloading two separate files every day is tedious. It would be great for all of the orders, FBA and SS shipments, to be in one file under Shipments!

I agree this would make for a nice feature except that I'm more concerned about FBM orders because on FBM orders I have to tie up my cash flow to pay for a label when I would prefer to utilize the cash that Amazon is sitting on and wont release for 2 weeks. So if the tracking numbers from my Amazon account could be imported into shipstation then I could mouse over the tracking numbers and quickly see each shipments status and locate problem shipments that aren't moving through the system before a customer does.
I like this idea. Also it would be awesome if SS could schedule imports and exports to the cloud, like google drive, or dropbox.

We are trying out shipstation to manage our increasing FBA shipments. Without this feature we are not sure if shipstation will serve our purpose.
Over the weekend, shipstation did not update marketplace after orders were fulfilled. Unfortunately customer service was not available in the weekend. I have a ton of orders which could not be marked as shipped on marketplaces. If this feature was available, I would uploaded the CSV file myself. alas, need to wait till Monday morning so shipstation can fix the issue
