When shipping internationally (other than in the US) any orders above $2,000 CAD needs a B13a form to be filled out.
If this can be done through ShipStation that would be amazing because it is time consuming.
As of right now the process is having to fill out the pdf form and then print it to out to put it on the box along with sending the form to the appropriate person via email from the carrier you are using.
The issue is not only time consuming, but I have came across cases where there were delays on the carriers part when process these forms which then leads to clients not receiving their packages on time.

We did have an automated process to create the B13A forms, but now that Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is no longer accepting paper B13 forms, we now have to manually key in all of the order data into the Canadian Export Reporting System (CERS) Portal. This is a very time consuming and error-prone process that really bogs down our entire shipping process.
CERS does support bulk uploading using a properly formatted text file (https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/prog/cers-scde/ch25/eccrdcers-deccescde-15-eng.html), making it possible for ShipStation to create a bulk upload file that we can use to import the required data into the CERS portal.
This function would be ENORMOUSLY helpful to any Canadian company that ships high-value orders internationally.
