Print 2 Copies of SAME Packing Slip on One Sheet
I know this has been brought up before, as far back as 5+ years ago, but since STILL nothing has been done about it, Customer Service recommended I submit another feedback on it. There are many people (based on upvotes and replies) who have instances where printing 2 copies of a packing slip is necessary. This could be where one copy goes to the customer and one is retained for records, or one is sent in order shipment and a copy is sent to a separate billing/administration address, etc. Currently, the ONLY way to accomplish this is to generate a print command, but then download instead of print, open the downloaded file outside of ShipStation, print from there, and in standard print command, say you want 2 copies. Other than being a tedious waste of time for what should be a very simple task, this also uses up twice as much paper, when small orders can easily fit on a half sheet, plus it is much easier for copies to get mixed up being on separate sheets. There is already a setting to print 2 packing slips per page, why isn't there a print command to set how many copies you want to print? That is a pretty basic feature present in every program anywhere with a print command.
