Add UPS SurePost to rate calculator

UPS SurePost does not show in the rate calculator when trying to determine the cheapest method for Free Shipping.

Can we get all UPS and FedEx US Postal Delivery shipping methods (i.e. UPS SurePost & Fedex SmartPost) to show in the calculator?

We are investigating whether this will be possible with the UPS Surepost API and integration requirements. We will update this thread when we know more and can determine if it’s possible to accomplish this request.

    I agree with all of these comments.

    We are new to Shipstation and during the first month of use I noticed that I was spending a lot of time switching between Surepost, Priority Mail, First Class and UPS Ground to get the best rate and transit times. During peak seasons this is becoming very time consuming for our shipping specialist.

    Adding the Surepost rate to the rate calculator would be very efficient and save our team a lot of time when choosing the best shipping method. We would GREATLY appreciate the addition of this feature.

    Not only will this save money but also speed up our workflow. Every business should be able to quickly compate the UPS SurePost and FedEx SmartPost rates.

    Completely agree. Seems so basic to include the Surepost and Smartpost options within the Rate Calculator. Currently, Fedex Smartpost does show, but why not the UPS Surepost option??? Seems like the package type drop down needs to have the Surepost option added to it. Was told that UPS API is more detailed and hasn't been implemented by ShipStation... but come one, I am sure it can be done.

    They need to fix that as its costing us money and time. It is very time consuming for us to be bouncing back and fourth trying to remember what the rates were. Adding them to the rate calculator would improve our efficiency.

    We activated SurePost with hopes to compare it with ground and priority and select the most cost effective one but without it being on the rate calculator, no way for us to utilize the surepost.

    I completely agree. Though we tend to use Surepost the most, how can we be totally sure it is the cheapest? What is the point of the Rate Calculator if not all shipping options exist.

    It seems it's currently not possible to get shipping rates for UPS SurePost using either the rate calculator within Shipstation or using the Shipstation API.

    Can we please get this added in the rate calculators in both, the API and the UI in Shipstation?
