Send a tracking email for split orders
We ship from 14 different locations and sometimes a customer will order multiple items and there isn't a single location that has all of the items, so we have to split it. This issue we are facing is that tracking email only sends on the original order the items split out don't send a tracking email to the customer when they ship. We are constantly receiving calls from customer who receive 1 package and they are items missing because they were shipped from a different location but they don't know that so they get mad at us and we have to explain that the other items are on there way.
I need the tracking email to send on all shipments when orders are split.
