Import pending orders as well
On Amazon, there are pending orders but they are not shown in ShipStation. Those are important information that we don't want to miss for inventory management. Could you please consider to add this in your next release? Thanks!
We, as I would imagine many sellers, utilize ShipStation for order Triage. Sometimes, orders will set in "Pending" status for some time while Amazon completes their verification / billing authorizations. Understandably, when the order finally *is* approved and imported into ShipStation, customers are expecting it to be shipped immediately as it may have been in pending status - in some cases - for multiple days.
It would be helpful to import PENDING orders in Shipstation so that these items can be picked / prepped (but not yet packed) in anticipation of the approved order coming through. In our experience, these orders are ultimately approved the vast majority of the time.
These orders could be placed in the "On Hold" category -- or perhaps in a new "Pending" category. Either way, it would be extremely helpful to be able to see these in-process orders so that our warehouse staff can be prepared to ship them quickly.
Pending order details *are* available via Amazon's API. We use a separate third party inventory management software and they import pending orders for the purposes of managing stock levels.
This seems like a low-hanging fruit quality of life improvement for Amazon sellers.
