Shipping label size options too limited
I would like to make a suggestion that ShipStation work really hard to make a 4 x 6.25 option, and/or the 4 x 8 option available. UPS is a very large carrier for you not to support it's label sizes that work with the Zebra 450 printer. For those of us who use UPS, we get our shipping labels free of charge, so purchasing the 4 x 6 labels is not a viable option. It seems only logical that you would work to accomodate UPS customers, a huge market. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS! Right now I have to manually pull out the label a fraction of an inch every time two labels have been printed or the remaining labels print off the edge. It's really a pain. Thanks for listening!

Not sure if this has already been mentioned but we currently print 4 USPS labels to a sheet. To do this you can:
1. Download the labels as 1 to a sheet.
2. Select to print from Preview
3. In the print dialog choose layout and then 4 pages to a sheet
See attached. You can save this as a preset so you don't need to reselect the options each time.
You can do the same in Windows by selecting the options in the print dialog. Download the file first and open in Acrobat reader (don't think it works from the Chrome print dialog).
Not in front of a Windows computer right now to check the exact options.

I think this is more a neccessity than a request!
We would like to automate the printing of different label sizes for different services through ShipStation Connect. We use Australia post and their local label can be printed on a thermal 4x6 label whereas their international express label needs to be printed on a A4 or letter size plain paper. At the moment only one printer can be assigned to label printing. The only way around this, which is a pain in the backside (being polite) is not to define a printer and then select the correct one depending on the label required.
Thanks for listening...

I would like 4x8 label options for sure so big logo can go on the top section.

More sheet options, smaller businesses like myself need more options than thermal printer or one sheet option. Also as a convert from stamps.com, they have many sheet options, I am not sure why you do not match more of those, I understand you also do UPS and FEDEX etc but I am sure there are more than one cross over sheet options.
Printing 4 to a page would be faster, less waste and more money savings. Also savings on smaller shipping packages, the two to a page are too big sometimes and I have to print them on paper and hand cut them out with scissors and tape them to the packaging which is a super waste of my time and resources.
We also have this need. Our UPS printed labels are 4 x6 for the shipment but they also have a 4x2 separate portion at the bottom that with UPS Worldship would print the package "receipt" this is necessary to keep our paper workflow from getting mixed up and is a necessity to keeping shipstation as our solution. We currently waste 2 labels to get this result and it is not a proper solution.

Please allow 4 labels per sheet. This issue has been addressed since 2012 and still hasn't been change. What will it take for you to give us more label options? This was one of 2 main reasons I've been hesitant about switching from stamps.com to shipstation

My smallest SKU ships in a 4 inch cube mailer -- Can ShipStation please offer an option for a smaller size label?

I dont get it, how is this still not an available option. I think I am going to have to go with one of shipstations competitors
Admin...We would also like 4 labels per page. Still waiting on this. What's the holdup?

Please listen to this feedback shipstation. It seems like there are so many threads asking this.
Personally, I send vouchers with my business on a #10 envelope and was able to print these through PayPal. I was advised to register through my website provider wix.com but I cannot believe there isnt an option to change the label formatting here??
I will have to cancel my subscription after the trial stage also if this isn't an option.
I would like the ability to print packing slips to 4x8 labels because many of my orders are large and it causes my packing slips to be spanned over two labels.
Also we would like to ship via UPS Surepost which requires a 4x8 label.
Please help. Thanks

3.5 by 5.0 please add this option to print labels, it would save so much time, paper, money, and effort. The key is to work more efficiant. Someone please let us know, send an email or something its almost 2020 and i cant believe this isnt a thing yet, with all the technology that we have. I agree one hundred percent with all the comments. Let us know.
yeah common how hard is it to do it? If you can make labels for 2 per page you could easily make labels for 4 per page. I post with envelopes and need the smaller labels. So common 76 votes should be enough to get this done.

I'm setting up a new (trial) account with ShipStation, but I see that the smallest label format offered is 4x6.
The boxes I ship are 3x3x3 and traditionally I have printed labels smaller than 4x6. I would love for ShipStation to be able to offer label formats for smaller labels: 2-5/16 x 7-1/2 via the DYMO LabelWriter 450 Turbo Thermal Printer.
I will look into other options in the meantime. But please consider offering this! I would love to use ShipStation, going forward.

Another vote here for 4 labels per page. How is this still not a thing yet???
I agree with and second these reasons:
1. Australia Post provides us with free 4 up labels, where I had to pay $71.00 for 2 labels and sending 1,000 parcels a year, it adds to the cost.
2. Using less paper is better for the environment.
3. Such big labels don't look good on small boxes, pretty ugly actually.
4. Big labels always have bubbles which also don't look good, even thought smoothed them down, the pockets of air still show up.

Hello, we would like to use something like this:
Like mentioned this is more cost efficient option for sellers. We agree with the previous reasons as well cheaper for labels and less waste and better environment.
Please add this!!!
also it is possible since a competitor like Stamps.com having this option.

we would like to use something like this please

I use 5X7 mailers and the 4X6 labels cover the entire envelope. Is there a chance we can have a label just a little smaller for the smaller packages?
Terry Vance Blitz Lures commented
My shipping boxes are 5" wide and I laser print all my labels. When I use the only option you have which is 2 labels per page I have to cut each label or it looks like **** on my package. This idea was submitted 5 years ago and you would like we could see more printing options than 2 labels per page.
Stamps.com has this option and it works great. Cheaper for labels and less waste and better environment.
