Mark both orders as shipped and add tracking to both orders for combined shipping.
When I have two orders to ship to one customer, I can combine them, but the only the master (remaining) order is marked as shipped. We need both/all orders to be marked as shipped and fed the tracking info in Shopify or whatever you are using.
Hi! And, to clarify, is this when marking as shipped and/or is this when you are generating a shipping label within ShipStation?

After I combine the orders in Shipstation, and generate a shipping label, it marks the primary (or remaining) order as shipped and attaches the tracking number. It leaves the second, combined order as unshipped and pending in my Shopify. I thought it was doing both originally, but apparently not, according to customer service. It would be great if it did!
