Submit Correct Tracking For Firstmile on all platforms
When shipstation is confirming our Firstmile orders to WISH, it always confirms showing they are USPS. While the final delivery is usually completed by USPS, that's not 100% the case, and also USPS frequently changes the final delivery tracking number. This causes issues with the tracking that is submitted to wish - and to customers on that site. We have almost 15% of our orders that don't get confirmed as delivered because of this issue. We need these orders confirmed as DHL (DHLGlobalMail on WISH). This is a huge issue for us that should be a simple fix since similar orders are confirmed correct (as dhl) on Amazon.

Ours do not even send USPS, they send DHL (as in DHL Express) causing tracking to not update properly for wish and causing us to get fines with every DHLGlobalMail shipment that we have to dispute. Very time consuming and frustrating. We had opened a case with support, however as the support was not technical, it was more frustrating going back and forth trying to explain the issue. If Shipstation's tech support would just take a min to review this it would be an extremely quick fix for them.
