Way to Assign Orders to a Specific User via Upload
I would like to be able to assign orders to specific users via some sort of spreadsheet upload. We have to manually assign thousands of orders a day during the holidays. The ability to do this in bulk (all at once) would literally save me hours a day.

Thanks for your great idea! We’ll keep this in mind but would like to see more interest from other users before we pursue this new feature. If you know any other users that are interested please send them here!

Thanks for responding!! We ship orders from our 4 brick & mortar stores and assign orders to those stores (users) depending on inventory availability or seasonal business reasons (i.e. we don't fill many orders from our Myrtle Beach, SC store during the Summer). I use an in-house program to look at all stores inventories and pick which store I want to fill the order, then I click boxes in ShipStation (sometimes >1000 orders a day) and assign to that particular store (user). The store then logs in with their user name and is able to print a pick list to pull the products for the orders and comes back to print the labels. Let me know if you need any more clarification...

Hi @Jeff,
Thank you for following up. Can you please provide some more detail into how/why you assign order to specific users? Have you tried utilizing automation rules to assign orders to certain users? Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure how I can get more users to vote for this issue... Surely there are other companies out there like us that ship from multiple locations and need to assign a lot of orders at once without clicking thousands of check boxes? Any way to get this done just for us?
