A single User needs to be able to make more than 5 batches
Users should be able to create more than 5 batches. A single user can easily handle more than 5. We have one label printer who is responsible for up to 8 batches at a time, he has to use to user login accounts in order to have more than 5 batches going. Using two separate logins merely to create more than 5 batches was the work around suggested by support. There's gotta be a better way.
ShipStation’s new layout (formerly called ShipStation V3) allows for unlimited batched for any user.

Allowing a single user to have as many batches as they want would allow companies that operate in small batches like mine to continue to work when label printing is down. A user could make all the batches needed to keep operating and then process the labels when label printing is functional again. This would have been very valuable on Monday when Stamps was down. We had to stop work for the day. This has happened to us multiple times since becoming Shipstation users a year ago. We currently are stuck without the ability to continue to create more than 5 order batches. We end up just waiting for label printing to resume so that we can process the open batches and clear them from the queue to make room for more. This has been very troublesome at busy times. It brings our work to a stop until Shipstation or the carrier system has fixed their label printing issues.
