multiple 3rd party users sharing access to the same orders.
I am a product vendor logged into my client's shipstation as a user. I will never be the Admin. My staff performs 2 tasks often simultaneously or in close proximity that causes one or the other to get kicked off the system. One "cleans" the orders - splitting / canceling / fixing shipping / Customs etc.. The other ships the orders. Though they both need to be on the system at the same time, they would never be working on the same orders. It would be super helpful as a 3rd party vendor on a client's shipstation - if I could have 2 user accounts share access to the same data. As a time saver - I could put both users on shipping, so they could split the shipping duties - as they would be fulfilling different goods in different orders. Just a thought I've been trying to find a work around for - for a while now. I don't know if I'm using shipstation in a unique way

It sounds like you are talking about assigning orders or shipments to specific users. At any given time, order and shipment records can only be assigned to a single user.
Making a small adjustment to the workflow might solve this for you. It sounds like one user would typically be working on an order first (the one who "cleans" the order). So the initial order assignment would be for that user. Once they are done with their tasks, they should then assign the order to the next user.
This way, if you are limiting the user to see only orders or shipments assigned to them, both users see what they need to see when they are logged in.
