Shopify - Fraud Risk Alerts on Shipstation Orders Page
Can we get a notification on the Shipstation orders page for orders that shopify flags as Medium or High risk of fraud. This would save us having to go back and forth from shopify to shipstation checking for this alert for every single order.

We apologize that this post has not been addressed sooner.
ShipStation does already provide the tools to both import the Shopify fraud risk assessment and also use that assessment to perform certain actions on the order (like putting it on hold, tagging it, creating an alert, and sending an email).
First, you must submit a request to ShipStation support to map Shopify’s fraud assessment to one of your Custom Fields in ShipStation: https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037810952
Once this feature is enabled, you can use that custom field as automation rule criteria to perform one of any number of actions you’d like to occur. We provide an example of some actions you can add to the automation rule, but you are by no means limited to those actions!

3 + years and still hasn't been addressed by Shipstation? This is absurd, can anyone help with coding this for ourselves?

Please add this feature, it would be so easy to implement. I'm shocked this is not a standard feature and i agree with others that this is borderline negligent to not include this feature as standard.

We also think this is a very important feature to add. We are seeing an increase of fraudulent orders. Shopify does a good job of identifying and flagging fraudulent orders. If Shipstation can import these fraud alerts from Shopify, it would save us time from reviewing orders in Shopify or save us money by avoiding charge backs. Please provide an update if this is a feature you are working on since the original request was made in 2017.

This is borderline negligent for ShipStation to not bother importing this data for orders, considering Shopify makes it very easily accessible:

This would also help fulfillment shops like our not send out fraud when we are within a few hours of the orders coming in and the marketplace owner hasn't had a chance to check the orders.
