When running my end of day report to see what was shipped from Ship Station any order that show up External provider does not pull over into ANY report that I run. I even had your support team try. We can not calculate our total properly because of this. Please fix.
Hi @mleon thanks for bringing this up! I took a look into your ticket with our folks here and see you’ve gone through most of the reports and haven’t found what you’re looking for.
What kind of total are you looking to calculate?

I just ran into this issue also. We are just starting to use Shipstation to manage some large ecommerce stores. We are using a 3rd party fulfillment service for certain international shipments, but all our reporting metrics are invalid because Shipstation does not consider them valid shipments. Basically negates one of the most attractive reasons for using this platform, which was the reporting features, since none of the dashboards reflect the correct values. I was told by support that none of these transactions will appear in our reporting if they don't have a shipping cost associated with them, which doesn't make sense since there are many ways to ship items that don't involve generating postage for the shipment. Please create a solution/workaround for this.
Thanks for the update @mleon! Have you tried looking at the raw data export for orders? These types of reports are best for manipulation and forming your own reports.
The raw order export provides the status of the orders you're looking at (in your case, shipped) and the shipping service used. Unfortunately it doesn't provide the tracking number but you can combine it with the fulfillments and shipments exports to get a full view.
