Pick list order items by warehouse location - Secondary filter alphanumerically
We are having issues between SkuVault and ShipStation integration in regards to picklist locations. After chatting with a support rep, we are realizing that shipstation doesn't have a resolution to this currently.
The resolution would be to add an option to the Order Items by Warehouse Location Alphanumerically. (secondary sort?)
Shipstation currently has a sort by Warehouse location but when there are multiple locations, the location with less inventory is that displays first, which in our case is inaccurate. SkuVaults Policy is to pick based on alphanumeric. Shipstation and SkuVault need to have the ability to work on the same page so that shipstation picklists will work in coordination with how SkuVault auto removes inventory.
The example that I am providing is our SKU 4169. In Skuvault there are currently two locations. (J-1-B1 - with 378 QTY, and J-5-A3 with 314 QTY)
According to the Shipstation, though both locations are showing on the picklist, the location with less quantity (in this case Location J-5-A3) is set as the main pick location and is indicated in the pick list alphanumerically as where the item should be picked from. (See attached)
From my understanding, how SkuVault works is purely alphanumeric by location.
So based off the picklist generated by Shipstation, this item was pulled from J-5-A3, but when Shipstation communicates the order as being marked as shipped it is removing from Skuvault from J-1-B1 because alphanumerically it is first in line.
Please advise if there are any setting in Shipstation or Skuvault that can be adjusted to resolve this issue. This is urgent because as you can imagine it is altering our location counts.
