Not all Shipped Items are Showing in Shipping Reports

When trying to use the SHIPPED ITEMS report, I discovered that a large order that went out the previous week was not included in this report. After speaking with your rep via chat, it was discovered that because we marked the order "shipped" manually, it isn't included in the report.

This makes the SHIPPED ITEMS report useless.

Can you please include ALL shipped items regardless of how they were shipped? (this one happened to go out via truck)

    I am having this same issue. If an item is marked "shipped" manually, it is not included in the SHIPPED ITEMS report. Why would these be excluded?

    In addition, items such as Discounts/Coupons that are created during the Shopify import process do not have a SKU. Therefore, they are also not included in the SHIPPED ITEMS report. We are using this report for accounting. Without the discounts/coupons being the balances are off.
