Enable Amazon Shipping API for all eligible Amazon Shipments.
Amazon offers shipping through an API for Domestic and some International destinations.
Using the Amazon Shipping API comes with the benefit of Amazon taking responsibility for item not received cases, saving sellers money due to non-delivery claims.

Because of the huge number of INR's this Christmas season we are going to have to start looking at other shipping providers that can offer this. We ship about 300 orders per day and using Amazon's interface is not practical. We love Shipstation and have been a customer for almost 6 years. But this is a huge problem for us and we need a resolution.

Is this being implemented? I have stopped using Shipstation because I have to purchase shipping through Amazon and would love to get back using it
Please open up Buy Shipping to ALL Amazon orders, you are costing sellers many headaches and many dollars due to Amazon buyers claiming INR and Amazon will not recognize delivery confirmation unless label was bought through Amazon Buy Shipping. This is becoming enough of a problem that we are forced to start looking at providers that do allow non Prime order shipping labels to be bought as Amazon's API DOES allow non Prime labels through its API. Please fix this otherwise we will be forced to find new provider.
Please add this ASAP, we are getting killed with Amazon not received claims and they will not cover us nor with the insurance as Amazon will not recognize the tracking while insurance says they cannot pay due to delivery confirmation.
Please implement this ASAP.. Sellers are getting ripped off left and right despite orders showing delivery.. Amazon will protect sellers if they buy shipping from them so please allow NON Prime orders to be eligible. Many of your competitors allow both Prime and Non Prime orders to buy labels from Amazon so please catch up!!!

Hey Shipstation, we love your service but we need you to enable the Amazon Shipping API for all Amazon shipments, not just FBA orders. We are experiencing very high levels of claims that packages are not being received although USPS shows the packages as delivered. Currently, we are responsible and have to either refund or reship the order at our own loss. If we use Amazon Shipping or if you enable the API so we can do this through Shipstation, Amazon will cover the cost for us. The API has been available for a while and even Amazon does not know why you guys have not integrated it yet. Please do so, otherwise if another company pops up one day and offers it, I am abandoning ship with Shipstation and I think you know many others well too.
To shipstation: this needs to be merged with http://feedback.shipstation.com/forums/330429-product-feedback-fresh-ideas/suggestions/17278175-enable-amazon-shipping-api-for-all-eligible-amazon and http://feedback.shipstation.com/forums/330429-product-feedback-fresh-ideas/suggestions/17363641-amazon-buy-shipment-api-use-for-other-than-prime
ShipStation only allows users to purchase Amazon's shipping labels for Prime orders. For all of the other Amazon orders needing an Amazon-generated label, users must either purchase and print each label, one at a time, directly from Seller Central - or use a separate program such as ShipRush or Jazva to process their Amazon orders. Neither of those options are even remotely as functional/efficient as ShipStation overall is.
I can hardly begin to explain the importance of this missing feature. Most of you reading this likely know what I am talking about, but if you don't understand why sellers prefer to purchase the postage from Amazon, you can keep reading.
Using a label purchased from Amazon protects sellers from buyers (many of which are dishonest) who claim they didn't receive their package, even when it has a valid tracking number with a successful and on-time delivery confirmation by the carrier. Because according to Amazon, tracking & delivery confirmations are never sufficient proof of delivery. (Don't get me wrong, I know that there are plenty of instances where buyers don't receive their package despite a delivery confirmation)
Currently, if we want to be protected in these situations, but insist on continuing to use ShipStation to generate labels, we would have to purchase signature confirmation for every package, which is...obsurd, if you ask me. It of course is not ShipStation's fault that sellers face this issue; at the same time, there is no doubt that the buy shipping API can be used for non-prime orders and the ability to do so would practically eliminate the stress that results from fear of losing A to Z claims, one after another. One year ago, batching and printing orders was pleasant and took 1/2 the amount of time it does. Now...it's discouraging.

We use Stitch as our intermediary between Amazon and ShipStation and because Stitch has not yet integrated with Amazon Buy Shipping API, Seller Primer orders are imported into ShipStation looking like normal orders. This is dangerous for shipments that are supposed to go out 2-Day.
We would at least like the ability to ship these orders, which ShipStation views as normal order, with Amazon Shipping services. Currently we cannot do this.
Let's do this! Especially since USPS tracking is removed after 45 days now, and these ripoff artist customers who know that will do chargebacks after that time and sellers lose!
Please reactivate that we can buy Amazon Shipping via Shipstation for EVRY Amazon Order not only for Prime. As of Amazon the API is meant to be used for all Amazon Orders!
This changing hurts our Workflow and the ability to use the Amazon "Insurance" that Taylor in an earlier entry mentioned.
Here are my comment from earlier!
Hey as of yesterday you changed the possibility to use Amazon shipping for more then amazon prime.
So i vote for this "idea" to have it reinstated that i have the possibility to use SHIPSTATION for every Amazon order, with Amazon shipping. As Taylor mentioned we ARE USING every First Class Parcel to ship via Amazon shipping based on that rule about "item not received". So since yesterday our workflow have heavily disturbed through your changes. Now we have to go back to amazon for every first class capable item and do the amazon shipment on there system - not a good workflow when we could do it with Shipstation. Please consider this to reinstate quickly cause it hurts us and costs money!!!!
