Please provide a way to enter more then one email recipient for the tracking emails. If would be fine to only have one email record in the customer entry, the way you have it now, but provide optional additional recipients on the shipment page for each individual shipments. Both UPS and FedEx do this on their websites and we use it often.
Throwing my support in here as well. Our company frequently has situations where we need to be able to send the tracking to more than one recipient. Having to do so manually defeats the purpose of having an automated email and takes valuable time away from our shipping agents and salespeople.
This is a pretty basic feature to be missing.

Yes, please. We sometimes have a customer and a project manager working with a customer. Would like to be able to have 2 or more 'customer' recipients of the notification email.

I, too, would like to see this feature of adding additional emails for shipping notifications.
The particular feature I do like about FedEx's ability to add additional notification emails is the ability to select a language for that particular email.
