USPS Express Mail Postage Refund for Late Shipments
I know this is a longshot due to the way USPS works, but it would be a huge time saver to be able to request a postage refund for late Express Mail shipments directly from ShipStation.
I know USPS is trying to make it difficult for shippers by making us personally go down to our local Post Office and fill out a form that isn't available online (for this reason, I'm seriously considering removing Express Mail as a shipping option for our customers and just making them choose FedEx).
I'm hoping that if shippers start demanding an easier way to get our refunds for late Express Mail deliveries, USPS will be motivated to deliver on time.
It would be much easier for us sellers if we can get our refunds online and not have to drive down to our post office, stand in line for half an hour, fill out a form, all in the hopes of getting our refunds.
Our local Post Office is really sleazy and has refused to give us a refund in the past even when an Express Mail package was delivered 3 days late.
Again, I know this is a real longshot because of USPS, but I thought if enough sellers ask for this option, maybe we'd prevail. Right now, I'm having to refund my customers (because they can see the "Money-Back Guarantee" label next to the missed guaranteed delivery date and time") and just hope USPS will give me my refund when I can go in next week to ask for it.

Problem: Difficult to identify tracking numbers that are eligible for refund from the carrier due to being late.
Suggested enhancement: On the Shipments screen, add a column for "Eligible for refund" and it would say "Yes" or "No". If it says Yes then it is a link that takes you to the carrier page to request refund, like this: https://www.usps.com/help/refunds.htm
