  1. For a small user, who I'm sure you don't care about, I cannot stress enough how much your software is EXTREMELY not user-friendly.

    I like the pricing but for a small user not connected to any channels, etc. this is the worst software. Whoever designed it has never shipped a package.

  2. Requested Shipping Mapped Box

    For orders that have a mapped "requested shipping method" there should be a pop up asking if you are sure you would like to proceed when changing the method off of the mapped shipping method.

  3. 4x8 Packing Slips - Thermal Printers

    I'd love to have the option to print to a 4x8 thermal label because many of my orders are larger and the packing slip rolls over and prints on two labels. Having a two page packing slip is a waste of supplies, increases print costs and can create confusion in the fulfillment warehouse.

  4. Bug - Printing Setup->Order Labels By functionality is ignored when printing from Open Batch

    Hello,

    When generating labels from an Open batch view, the settings set in Printing Setup -> Order labels by are being ignored and printed differently from regular awating shipment view.

    Our current setting is set to none(as selected).
    In awaiting shipment, we sort by custom field 3 and generate a batch and the batch prints in the correct order, just as seen in the screen.

    Doing the same operation in an open batch view, seems to be printing by the shipstation order id order and ignores the sort applied.

    Royal Mail offer discounted delivery prices for Account Barcode Unsorted mail, it would be beneficial to take advantage of this in ShipStation.

  6. Barcode scanner to fulfill orders and update inventory

    I think it would be extremely beneficial to everyone that uses ShipStation to be able to fulfill orders with a barcode scanner. It would also be beneficial in that the business then could easily update inventory. I know that right now you have the scan to view barcode, and this is helpful, but I feel it would be even better to be able to put all of your inventory into the computer and then when you get an order, you just scan the barcode on each item in the order to fulfill the order.   7. Return Delivery Notification

    prAna sends an email out when a return has been delivered to one of their facilities. It answers a ton of customer service questions that will save us from a lot of phone calls. It also gives a status to the order so the customer can expect when to get their refund. I hope that ShipStation will implement this feature.

  8. barcode

    We currently print out packing slips via WooComerce, we would love to get the barcode on the bottom to scan and view it in shipstation. How can we get the code to do that?

  9. Customer Feedback in the Shipping Confirmation Email

    I recently received a shipping confirmation email from prAna. It was awesome. It has every feature that I want in the shipping confirmation email from ShipStation. There's a spot for feedback, ads, and navigation to get back to the site.

  10. Return Label/ Shipping Label/ Packing Slip Order

    An option to switch the order of printing of the packing slip, return label, and shippibg label to match the order of operation for our warehouse would be useful.

  11. Facebook + Instagram ICON

    For those using Shipstation in another language than English, would be useful to have the Facebook and Instagram Icon without the "Like us on...".
    This way, any spoken language can understand it and click on it to get to our social media page.

  12. larger label

    it would be nice if we could have all of the same label size options as what FedEx and UPS offer. we ship frozen products and need to be able to print a disclaimer on the label. adding this disclaimer as well as not having a big enough label are currently not options within ship station. Also adding the doc tab would be really helpful for us.

  13. Add a column that shows ongoing average shipping cost

    Add a column which shows the ongoing average cost to ship a product to quickly calculate what prices to set your products on the various marketplaces. Since many sellers advertise free shipping, a simple calculator like function that can do several things like subtract marketplace fees, average shipping cost and other costs associated for fulfilling an order. You could then arrive at a pretty good idea of what your net profit is for a certain product and adjust product prices from there. With that information, Shipstation could also give you a pretty close number for your total net profit based…

  14. "No email" option for specific orders

    In automation, and in bulk actions I am not allowed to select "dont send email" on shipment and delivery notifications. I want to select specific rules where customers do not get emails.

  15. Creation of Parent/Variant Product types

    I created a PRODUCT Type SKU on shipstation for our JET Store.. as JET requires a PARENT/CHILD skus under the category where our products should be listed. However, one of your agents informed me that this option has not been supported/working yet. Is there any way to resolve this issue? thanks..

  16. Return Policy

    The Returns Policy Section of the branded returns page only allows a 500 character limit. I'd like to either be able to increase the limit of the characters or put in a link address to be used instead of the Modal pop-up.

  17. The ability to hide SKUs on imported orders for component SKUs

    I would be nice to be able to hide SKUs from imported orders.

    Let me explain my reasoning. Like many other Shipsattion users, we use bundles. The components of the bundles are tracked by our inventory management software...Linnworks. All of our channels orders come into Linnworks and than are exported to ShipStation for shipping. Linnworks can send to ShipStation either the bundle's sku or the bundle sku and its component skus.   19. Have a Premier Subscription Plan for Seller Fulfilled Prime Shippers

    Please create a subscription add on or plan for Seller Fulfilled Prime Shippers. I would prefer to pay a slightly higher monthly premium for having Prime Shipping enabled on my account rather than pay 20 cents per label created for seller fulfilled prime orders. Its much easier to budget for overhead with this included in a subscription instead of per item.

  20. Have Shipstation import "Bill-to" data (name, address, etc)

    Have Shipstation import "Bill-to" data from WooCommerce so that the packing slip can display the name of the person placing the order, in case they differ from the recipient. Would be useful for gifts, interdepartmental ordering, etc.
