  1. Allow ShipStation to update altered orders from Shopify... not just orders that have been canceled.

    I use Shopify to gather my website orders. From there they are imported into various stores set up in ShipStation.

    Why can't ShipStation update an order that has been altered in Shopify? For example, lets say an order is imported into ShipStation from Shopify. I realize that the order is missing an item which I then have to refund back to the customer. I do the refund in Shopify, but when I re-import orders from Shopify back into ShipStation, the order still shows the full list of items in the "Order Items" list... the refunded item(s) are still present.   2. Upcharge or Additional Fee

    When integrating ShipStation to an ERP system, you might want to charge your customer an extra handling fee above and beyond what the carrier is charging. Example a 5% upcharge or a $5 fee per shipment.

    We have recently released a feature called In Cart Delivery Options that may address what you are asking. It allows users to create the delivery options their customs see during checkout and adjust the shipping price by a dollar amount or set % from the rate provided by the carrier for that service.

    This feature currently works only with certain selling channels (Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento), but we are expanding to more channels throughout the year.

    If you have a specific ERP system in mind that is not on our current roadmap, we may be able to refer you to a solution provider that can leverage ShipStation’s API to build a custom solution for you.

  3. Multiple items in Shopify order NOT CORRECT

    When a customer changes their order in Shopify it still shows both items in the order even if one has been removed!!!!!!!!
