  1. Scan and Verify Product UPC to make sure to Ship right product and Quantity

    Ability to Scan and Verify the UPC code of the product get shipped for the individual order.

    So, this will eliminate the WRONG item being shipped and Wrong Quantity being shipped.

    Also "Ship Order" button activates only when the right product(s) is scanned and right quantity is scanned for the order.

    Products that does not come with UPC may be shipped by manually entering item SKU in the barcode scan field.

  3. Automatic printing of Packing Slips for new orders

    Because this original request I made for this was closed when an unrelated feature was introduced, I'm creating a new one.

    I would very much like to be able to have the automation in ShipStation be able to print. This would allow me to have it automatically print all new orders that have downloaded, so that warehouse personnel know an order has come in when the printer starts spitting out packing slips. This is something we're used to having in a different product we switched from to ShipStation and it's the main thing we miss. With printing being done through…

    So, just to help us better understand, would this idea work best for you if it automatically printed whenever an order came in? So, say, an order comes in on Sunday at 4:00 a.m., it should print then. Or would it be better if whenever you log in to ShipStation and have it active that you would prefer to have the packing slips printed out then?

  5. give us a way to create a "bill of goods" for SKU's that are kits

    A lot of the SKU's we sell are actually kits of several different items bundled together (example - 200 current comic book bags and boards). Given the current limitations of eBay/Amazon/Shipstation, we are forced to create mutant SKU's for kits like that (for example, this SKU might be something like 2-PACKS-CUR / 2-PACKS-BBCUR, which means 2 packs of current bags and 2 packs of current boards). This isn't the best way to sell kitted items. Most good inventory systems allow you to create a "bill of goods" that will show up underneath a kit SKU. For example, this would show…

    Hi @Daniel, currently, our product team is still reviewing ways that this could be implemented. As we continue reviewing this request, any feedback or insight you all have on how your current integrations with ShipStation pass item-level information on kits/bundles will greatly help us to best find how we can support this within our system with the best account-wide support for any and all marketplaces sending these Bill of Goods over to us.

    For sellers that have access to Amazon Custom, it would be very helpful to provide the capability to display and/or download custom order information.

    Hi! We’re still looking into the ability to add support for Amazon custom orders. We are still looking into how to effectively import Amazon Custom orders and extract their unique Amazon Custom data from the feed to properly populate into the order detail. As we get updates on this feature, we will keep you posted.

    First, I would be appreicated your service!
    I've been downloading "Order-Dara Export" from the order.
    But I also would be nice if I can see "Currency" there.
    When I get GBP 54.66 order, I was able to see as USD 54.66.
    Hope to be added Currency tab for international orders and stores.

    Hi! ShipStation is still in the process of understanding the best way to address multiple currencies within a single ShipStation account. We greatly thank you for your patience as we work towards supporting this much-desired feature.

  8. Have different printers for international vs. domestic labels

    Please enable a feature that you can choose what printer will print labels. To be more specific: we want to print International Priority and express with the regular printer and the rest of the labels in the 4x6 printer.

  10. Track Customer Order Frequency. Ability to place rules based on a customer's order

    Track Customer Order Frequency. Have the ability to place rules, report on the number of orders a customer has placed. For example: Joe has placed 3 orders, he receives a free gift. Adding a step to that, the frequency a particular item/sku gets ordered.

  11. Etsy gift wrap/gift message integration

    Etsy is getting ready to integrate gift wrapping and gift messages into their sales platform. I'm hoping there will be an alert for each order containing this information within ShipStation once it goes into effect. Gift messages are going to be made available to all orders at no charge, so every Etsy seller will have to deal with them whether they want to or not, and I am concerned I'll get a gift message request and not know about it.

    Ideally, I would also like to see a way to print ONLY gift message packing slips and not every packing…

  12. USPS Return Shipping Label without paying postage up front

    The ability to take advantage of USPS Merchandise Return Service and have an option to print a return label with every shipment or selected shipments and not have to pay for the postage unless the customer uses it.     We’re looking into what it would take to build this feature for you. Currently in order to do USPS returns each of you would require your own USPS returns account which costs ~$1,000 per year with USPS. We are researching possible solutions that would not require that expense.

    Hi everyone! While Overstock does not have a direct integration with ShipStation at this time, we do partner with third party solutions that will import your Overstock orders into ShipStation.   15. Ebay Delivery Guarantee

    Ebay has introduced a new "Delivery Guarantee" that offers us the ability to guarantee delivery time OR handling time for packages.

    If we choose the Guaranteed Handling Time option, Ebay will guarantee the delivery, and if it's late, they'll refund the customer the shipping. The only catch is they are (so far) going to require we use Ebay labels to print postage for packages, which is time consuming versus using ShipStation. Could your API developers please reach out to Ebay and see if we could get ShipStation as a "qualified provider" so we can keep using SS and still be…

  16. Allow Custom Shipping Method

    Would like to be able to add a custom shipping method, for example Customer Pick Up, or Pallet Delivery.

    Sometimes we also ship to a marketplace with shipping labels provided by the marketplace, however we'd still like to process the order through Ship Station, just not use our UPS/Fedex account, for example. At present there doesn't seem to be any way to override the shipping presets.

    For now, as an alternate workflow suggestion, you could be marking these orders as shipped. You would want to set the carrier to “Other”, and then use the tracking field for your “Pickup” or “Pallet Delivery” custom message.

  17. Allow users to select orders in a list and bulk email those customers

    We do a lot of presales on shirts that can't be shipped right away when sold. It would be nice if we could select orders from any list of orders and send an email to those customers. It would just be another action at the top of an order table like hold until, mark as shipped, etc. It would open a dialog that would allow us to put in a subject and a body for an email to update the customers about the status of the items they have ordered. This would cut down on a LOT of support emails…

  18. CommerceHub Integration

    You really need to integrate with CommerceHUB. WE just signed up with HomeDepot.com online portal and the require the use of CommerceHUB to fulfill orders through their system. This is a large company that services huge online companies like bestbuy, walmart, toysrus and more. Please get an integration set up asap and take over the shipping integration world!

  20. Add a duplicate order feature

    Currently during an exchange, we reship the original order and then have to change the packing slip by hand writing the changes. While we could create manual orders for each of these, right now customer information does not automatically fill in all of the time when creating an order. When this happens we can go to the customers tab and then search for the customer and then create an order from there, but this seems like an extra step. It would be convenience to have a "duplicate order" button that would create a new order to the same recipient directly…

    From the previous comments it looks like some users are looking to use this for exchanges or more accurate accounting. Do you all agree?

    What do you think about our re-ship feature? Every time you re-ship an order, we will show you all the tracking numbers related to that order and its status. You’re able to change the order details for each label you re-ship.
