I need to be able to have orders go to pending fulfillment so that the warehouse knows what has been packaged or not. Right now it's confusing because as soon as a label is created, it's marked as shipped. It makes no sense that there is no step in between so that there is a differentiator between a package that is picked and awaiting pick-up and simply has a generated shipping label.

Searching for multiple orders at a time
Can you please add a feature so that we can search for multiple orders at a time, for example when I put in 12345, 12347 I want to be able to search and list both on one page.

Custom fields being imported if declared as a Date then we can filter them
The option to import custom fields from our selling channel is a very useful feature. However with the option to declare the custom as date we can import the orders with the custom fields according to the business needs.
This would mean we can filter orders based on the imported custom field and have thing more organized.

Add order information via API after order is marked as shipped
For some operations, it would be helpful to be able to provide updates via API to orders. Currently, orders marked as 'shipped' are unable to be updated via API.
For some warehousing and after-sales fullfillment services, being able to update "internal notes" or "custom field" fields would be helpful. Currently this can only be done manually.
For example after a customer orders and the product is shipped, it would be useful to input the serial number of the product that was ultimately shipped, which is only learned after the shipping label has been applied.

multibox
Allow orders with multi-box needs to be updated in a bulk manner. We process 100s of orders daily with the same SKU and that SKU needs 2 boxes to be shipped. We currently need to touch each order separately to choose the multi box configuration. One bulk update on all orders in this situation would save hours of processing!

We offer prepaid subscriptions. currently we need to find each order and manually add labels each month for the duration of the subscription. there is a lot of human error possible. Adding a function to manage these subscriptions or populate labels for the duration of the prepaid subscription period would be ideal.

add 'remove hold' button inside order sheet
there is only 1 way to remove a hold and that's on the list view in the 'hold' list

Customize Order Age Color Code
Order Age is by far the most important piece of data we track, but the color codes make orders seem late even after 24-48 hours after they are placed. This is highly confusing for our workers. Please add a way to customize the leadtime / color code thresholds. Should be pretty easy to add this so I'm confused why it isn't already a feature when I see it has been requested many times before. Thanks for your attention.

Add Shop To Line 1 to the list of available datafields for the Orders grid
It would help us Greatly if we could have the Line 1 Ship To address available to us for the Orders Grid. We have been seeing a number of orders come through where our Customer(s) put an email address as their Ship To address. Displaying the Line 1 in the Orders Grid would give greater visibility and allow us more changes to catch these occurrences before printing labels and shipping out the orders.

More options with Shipped Orders
With the current post office backlog, it would be helpful to have more options for shipped orders.
-Manually marked order delivered. USPS does mess up, and once confirmed received, it would be nice to push them to show delivered.
-Ability to tag in the shipment tab. Or show tags. I want to be able to tag orders to reship or that we did reship.
- One more sort option. It would be lovely to have Out For Delivery as a delivery status we could filter by.

Ctrl + F Search
We are keen to switch to V3, as currently using the legacy version, but have noticed that when viewing the orders using 'Ctrl + F' to find and select multiple orders for batch printing doesn't work correctly. This search will only work if the order number is actually visible on the screen, ie, in the first 20 orders, but this isn't great when we have a list of hundreds of orders waiting to ship and then have to search for each one individually in the 'search orders' box.

order number
It would be really great if the "order number" field actually did a numeric sort instead of a text string sort... in fact, this seems more like a bug to me, but your customer support told me to file it as a feature request.
When I sort by "order number" descending I get "9xxx" before "19xxx" because 9 is larger than 1, since it's not doing a numeric sort.
This bug makes sorting by order numbers worthless if you ever cross a boundary where another digit is added.

Ship By Date on Import WooCommerce
We use the Order Delivery WooCommerce plugin to manage our Mon-Wed shipping schedule as well as allow customers to choose shipping dates in the future since many purchases are gifts. I would love to see the "Ship Date" in WooCommerce import into Shipstation as the "Ship By" date. This would save us a lot of time and headache.

Currently you are importing the contents of bundled products in the description field.
We REALLY need you to import those as actual products so we can use automations.

Split Shipments: Preserve Custom Fields from Original
We make frequent split shipments, but in the child shipments the custom fields are not preserved. We use some of these custom fields for printing on our packing slips. Please find a way to preserve and replicate the custom fields to the split shipments.
