  1. Addition of Shipsurance to the UK accounts

    Shipsurance Is available to the US and Canada . But as a seller selling to the US and back , this service is important. Also I sell vintage or second hand items . The value of this is different to new items . It if it sells for £400 , it’s worth £400 anywhere . Hence in insurance you want that back and Shipsurance offers that . This applies to antiques , art , clothes , jewellery etc . It’s a big market on the selling internet .

  2. Show Thumbnails in orders grid! Small image should be an item that can be added in the grid!

    I come from a different platform, recently switched to shipstation for several advantages, but the most annoying issue with ShipStation is that the orders grid does not shows a small image of the item.

    I know you can show the order details on the right and there is a thumbnail there, but it would be great if a thumbnail was appearing on the orders grid.

    Think of it like how eBay display search results when you search for an item: it shows a grid/list of items, first think you see on the left of each raw is a thumbnail......................... thanks!

    Would be great if we could use the rate calculator for DPD Local and see live rates based on the package being shipped.

    It would be nice to have Google Express / Shopping Actions integrated into Shipstation. I would like to see this happen anytime before the end of the year.

  6. Use drop point option for Sendle in Australia

    Currently the only Shipstation Sendle option is pickup. Would love to add the Sendle drop-point option.

  7. Create a pickup order fulfillment option for Shopify in Shipstation. Manually marking as shipped does not work adequately

    Currently, when a customer purchases an order in Shopify and selects "pickup" as the delivery method, there is no good way to fulfill that order from Shipstation. In Shopify order admin, when you select that a pickup order has been prepared, the customer receives an email stating "Your order is ready for pickup". However, in Shipstation, if you manually mark the order as fulfilled, using Other Actions-->Mark as shipped, and you uncheck the "notify customer" box, the customer still receives an email from Shopify (not Shipstation), stating that their shipment is on the way (see attached screenshot, this was an…

  8. Customer Reporting Needs Improvement

    You need better reporting, what you have now is seriously lacking. Being able to ship and send out our packages is only a small part of our needs. You really need to enable much better reporting capabilities, or exporting tables capabilities. the owners of our company are having IT look for another solution going forward just because we can't run any meaningful reports.

  9. scan to verify - create new option for backordered items

    Scenario: picker is scanning product in and gets to a line that is out of stock. There is no way to move forward and mark the item as backordered, or save the verification process mid step. you can skip the line and scan everything else in, but there is no way to ship the order from that screen without verifying the backorder, which for us means we picked it. if you leave the order partially verified at that point all of your previous verification disappears.   11. A Bundle Feature (multi-item sku)

    I sell a product that is a pack consisting of 11 items. Those 11 Items are not sold separately but are sold together as a pack. It would be great to have a bundle feature where I can have my packing slip include a break down of the items shipped. Sometimes items within the pack may be shipped separately and a packing slip to show the breakdown would be great.

  12. quickbooks online

    Have shipstation automatically import orders or push orders to quickbooks instead of having to login to shipstation to hit the import button. At least an option to have this feature automated.

  13. Logic Rules for Return Eligibility

    Our return policy is: return for full refund within 14-days, but no bathing suits, bike shorts or products purchased at 30% off or more. The returns program should have logic rules to accept or deny these requests automatically.

  14. Brand Column

    Ability to define a 'Brand' for the product. Makes it easier to distinguish what each product is. It would be great if these were pulled in from Shopify, etc.

  15. Scan Kit Items

    We offer several products that are kits. They include two or more of our SKUs to make up the kit. When we go to scan the kit SKU, there needs to be a function that allows certain SKUS to come in as an umbrella that can be “Verified” by scanning all dependent components.

  16. Set FedEx to show retail rates, not account rates

    I would like to be able to set the option for showing FedEx retail rates vs my account rates.

    Currently, the UPS connector allows for this setting to be configured manually.

  17. Ship in full indicator

    I would like to see a simple column in the Orders grid to indicate if an order can ship in full or not.

    For example, the simple column could be "Full" or "Full Shipment" and then, if the order can ship in full it has a green light, yellow means that it can only ship some of the items, and red means that it can't ship any of the items.

    This is all based upon inventory in stock. I have seen that exact system in other warehouse management systems and it works well. It's easy and fast to see which…

  18. Add Priority Mail Regional and Flat Rate Pricing to Rate Calculator

    Add Priority Mail Regional and Flat Rate pricing to Rate Calculator. Sometimes the cubic / general PM rates are significantly different from the Regional Rate pricing, and it would be useful to see this in one place rather than memorize zone pricing or have to change the package type each time.

  19. Ecwid Order Import Failure prevents import

    How you guys managed to get your app onto Ecwid's App Market is beyond me. Taking the time to understand that Ecwid cart allows for "In-Store" pickup options for customers, which means they dont put in a "shipping address", and then writing an app that is unable to import orders due to a shipping address missing is beyond me. How simple it would be to do a simple query on the orders, and if "in-store pickup" is the shipping option selected, do not try to import that order...Your system is completely useless for anyone who has "free in store pickup"…

  20. Update Product weight and UPC while Shipping

    Please have a button or way to save product weight while processing shipments so we do not have to go into the product database or import the product details separately to update new items or correct incorrect items.

    For example, manufacturer has all the weights at 16oz, but really several are 15. This can make the difference of a couple dollars per shipment. Another example, Excel removed a leading 0 on UPC and it isn't scanning correctly. This would allow us to update product details on random items MUCH faster without disrupting the flow of shipping.
