  1. Automatically notify when late delivery

    Would be great if there was a way that ShipStation could notify us whenever a package is late. This way we know when USPS or UPS aren't within their guaranteed time window (i.e. UPS One-Day or USPS Express, etc) so we can request a refund from that carrier.

  2. Have a "mark printed" checkbox when printing packing slips

    Of course, the functionality to have a "printed packing list" status or column would have to be implemented first, but the idea of knowing what orders you've picked picking or packing lists for would be ideal.

    Currently, our customer service department prints orders out of our web store, and gives orders to our pickers/packers who then print from ShipStation. We would probably use the print pack list feature more easily if we had a way for ShipStation to mark the orders as having been printed, do avoid printing duplicate orders out of the system.

  3. Splitting Order Automation

    Hi- We often times have back orders but can ship partial shipments. Would love the ability for Shipstation to automatically split orders for us based on rules.

  4. Royal Mail Customs Declarations

    The Royal Mail integration is generally well done but we're still having to manually write custom declaration labels for non-EU shipments.

    Having moved from a cheaper shipping platform that offered automated labels (exactly like UPS) this is a step backward.

    Can we please have declaration labels for Royal Mail. The digital declaration is going to be required very soon by RM I believe so ShipStation may not be compliant.

  5. Develop a Zendesk integration

    It would be really nice to be able to connect ShipStation to Zendesk. Having all the order info in one place would be very helpful

    Many retailers in the UK use XERO for invoicing, accounting and tracking their inventory. We think XERO and Shipstation could be synchronised.

  7. Edit and Delete Customers

    We need to be able to edit or delete customers from the database without having to upload a csv file. Below are a couple examples for when this would be helpful. I'm sure others here will agree that some simple database management would be greatly appreciated.

  8. Show total quantity on the 'ship orders screen' and the packing slip

    A common error made in shipping is to package the wrong number of items in the order. It would be helpful to us to have the total number of items to be shipped displayed on the 'ship orders screen' and the packing slip. This enables a simple check to ensure that the number of items shipped is correct.

    Hi @Thomas, thanks for bringing this up! You can make the item quantities stand out more by editing your packing slip template.

    As for adding visibility to multiple quantity orders in the interface, I recommend going into your sidebar and finding item options. Once there, find the gear on the right and check the “Highlight Multiple Quantities” box. This’ll make your order items stand out.

  9. Add inventory tracking for packaging materials

    We keep track of our product inventory elsewhere, but use ShipStation to ship our products and therefore would like ShipStation to keep inventory of the boxes we use to ship products. We use the preset packages and think it's only natural to know how many we have used and how many we have left so we dont over-order boxes or know which box sizes we use more so we can place orders for them!

    The Returns CSV export doesn't include a column for Return Reason. It should!

  11. Add a "New Order" button in the customer information in the sidebar

    Make it possible to quickly create a new order to an existing customer from the sidebar in the orders tab. Searching the customer, or clicking the existing "New Order" button in the top navigation forces you away from the Orders tab, which is where we do the majority of our work in ShipStation. Having the ability to create a new order with a the click of a button using the existing customer information seems to be a feature that should be there, but isn't for some reason.

  12. Hide zero quantity items on Packing List

    It would be great to hide zero quantity items on packing lists - for us, these would be backordered items, 'parent' items of a group (that come over from Quickbooks), or other such things. Right now I think we can only hide zero $ items, which doesn't work b/c sometimes we give away free items that we need to pick

  13. Please make the "Paid Date" on Orders an Optional Field

    We sell to retailers as well as direct customers online. So, for customer online everything works great. However, selling to retailers we need to create manual orders in ShipStation. We don't ship retail orders until they have paid, but we need to load the order in ShipStation ahead of time when the retailer has given us a purchase order. This way we can prioritize which orders we ship first. Our shop doesn't ship until we've received payment. If they see a date entered into the "Paid Date" field then they assume payment has been received and they ship the order.…

  14. United Kingdom Shippers - APC & DPD

    We would like to see some other UK Carriers on. I believe TNT is in progress, but no date as yet.

    We would like to see APC (a large and well established UK courier), and also DPD (very popular in the UK).

    ShipTheory have something here, but not offering connection to all Cloud Inventory systems (we are with Dear Systems)

  15. scan tracking numbers into manual

    I would like to be able to use a hand scanner to upload tracking numbers into the manually entered area. This would eliminate the human error portion of updating those tracking numbers.

    Allowing multiple packages for rate quotes in the calculator. 95% of our shipments are more than one box and it would be great for accurate quotes.

  17. ChannelAdvisor Ship by & Delivery By Date

    We use ChannelAdvisor. I would like to have the Amazon Ship By and Delivery By date shown in the order. This will help us to be able to chose the right shipping carrier and method to get the order to the customer in time. Right now, those two fields have no way to be mapped in ShipStation but ChannelAdvisor does provide those fields.

  18. Text message alerts for Delivery

    It would be great if customers could get a text message alert when their product is delivered. As an avid amazon shopper I love these alerts. And we ship a perishable product so it would be great for our customers to know their item has arrived

  19. Cancel order after label being voided instead of going into awaiting shipment tab.

    We are running into a small issue.
    When we void a specific label our order goes into "awaiting shipment" automatically. We are looking for a way for the order to automatically get cancelled once the label gets voided. Most of our orders ( when out of stock ) go into awaiting shipment and sometimes our team forgets to cancel the order and we print a label again which is incredibly annoying.   20. Add Fedex Smart Post as a shipping carrier option in UI

    We work with Groupon Goods and ship on their account. They require the code fedexsp for orders shipped on their account (Fedex Smartpost). This is not an option on the UI. Can you add this in?
