  3. Stamps.com vs Endicia

    We understand the push towards Stamps.com vs Endicia. However, as a 3PL, we have some clients that already utilize Endicia, and thus we have had to altogether not allow Stamps.com, because they do not play well together in ShipStation.

    Even if our default account is an Endicia, if we have a Stamps.com as a supplementary account (or for example, that belongs to a specific client of ours), it will default to the Stamps.com. That does not work, because it needs to default to whatever account we set as default, regardless of which carrier that is, not automatically default to Stamps.com…

    Hi!

    When creating labels with either Endicia or Stamps.com, do you have your account setup to display the carrier services based on Postage Provider or Carrier?

    Using Postage Provider will allow you to see both Endicia and Stamps.com as the postage provider option when creating a label.

  4. Want orders with a custom order status to get changed to another custom order status after being shipped

    I would love to be able to have orders on my store with the custom order status of "Claim-Submitted" to get imported into ShipStation. Then after I create the label for it, I want it to update my store with the custom order status "Claim-Shipped"

  5. I would like address translated during import of orders

    Before printing labels for our orders from Amazon Japan, we have to manually translate addresses. It would help if this translation was done by ShipStation during the order import process.

  6. Import FBA orders outside of US and Canada

    Amazon is making it easier to expand (especially to Europe), which we recently did. Shipstation does not currently support importing FBA orders outside of the US. I would really like to keep using Shipstaion to keep track of my inventory and to be the central hub for all my orders.

  7. We need Moonclerk integration

    I use Moonclerk for my subscription service (BinxBox.net), which ships 150-200+ packages bi-monthly.

    Right now, because of the volume of packages I send, I have to pay for a subscription for Shipstation AND for Zapier, which helps to import my orders. But their bridge is not ideal--it imports anything that has an attempted payment on it, not a confirmed payment. I end up with many duplicate labels that I spend hours sorting through to ensure that all the labels are connected to completed orders.

    We are hoping you could potentially look into an integration with Shipstation. The company specialises in shipments to Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.   13. Add a feature to automatically select a different account to bill depending on the shipping service selected.

    Add a feature to allow different billing accounts to automatically be selected based on the shipping service. For example, we have multiple UPS accounts, one of which is for 2nd Day Air rates only. I am currently unable to set it up to bill that account automatically. I have to go into each 2nd Day Air order, and change the account manually. It is very time consuming, and there is always the possibility to miss an order, and then we are charged a higher shipping rate.

  14. Inaccurate Syncing with Quickbooks for discounted orders

    We use ShipStation for our shipping and inventory tracking so it is an important part of our Fulfillment. However, we are having issues syncing ShipStation with QuickBooks Online for our online Store on Shopify. It does not Sync accurately because ONLY the total amount gets synced and does not reflect discounts provided to customers (either custom discounts or for orders of certain $ values)

  15. Add Fedex Smart Post as a shipping carrier option in UI

    We work with Groupon Goods and ship on their account. They require the code fedexsp for orders shipped on their account (Fedex Smartpost). This is not an option on the UI. Can you add this in?

  17. Indirect signatures in Canada

    Since all verified addresses in Canada are marked as commercial (even the residential ones). I would like to have the capability of selecting "indirect signature" on addresses. We cannot currently do that and it costs us and our customers a bit of time and money. Since a picture is worth a 1000 words, I've included exactly the option I'd like to add as well.   18. Transfer shipping costs paid in Shipstation to QBO

    Many of our products from external channels are promo free shipping. as a result we get no shipping costs in Quick books online, i would like for Shipstation to transfer over the shipping costs and tracking numbers directly from shipstation to QBO with an option to select between charge at check out or actual shipping costs from shipstation.

  20. Enable Amazon "Buy Shipping" for non-Amazon Selling channels
