  1. Integration with the new Microsoft Business Central

    Microsoft is taking what they have marketed for years and putting it on the cloud for small businesses. April 2nd they are launching Microsoft Business Central, basically a cloud ERP. I would love to see a integration with this new product and what should be very popular.

  2. Canada Post Lettermail/Over-sized Lettermail options

    Would be awesome to get a lettermail/ oversized lettermail option incorporated through Canada post instead of having to hand print labels and or buy individual stamps

  4. Allow ecommerce bridge for ship quote with dimensional

    I love Shipstation, but there are still some holes that could make your product more competitive and truly useful.

    Dimensional shipping is a problem for many large ecommerce shops, or shops that offer a wide variety of products. As we all know shipping is actually based on volume, not weight. Yet most ecommerce packages can not give a correct ship quote for larger items as they do not quote the volume of the items.

    Some shops address this by building the shipping costs into the item they are selling, but this only works well if the customer is buying one…

    Currently Quickbooks integration is only supporting US tax definitions. Quickbooks integration for Canada would be very useful for many Canadian. customers/potential customers...

  6. Canada Post GST/HTS Reporting

    Currently, Shipstation does not break out the GST/HST tax that is part of the cost of each label the shipper pays to ship within Canada. This value is returned (or can be requested) via Canada Post's web API. Canadaian businesses need to report the amount of this tax they have paid. All we would need is for SS to request the tax in the API and record it for each label created.If we could export this field in SS reporting, we'd be able to significantly improve automation of our accounting.   7. Add support for FedEx Trade Networks and other customs brokers

    With our old shipping software we had the ability to add in customs brokers (such as FedEx Trade Networks) for our Canada International orders. ShipStation doesn't currently support this. Adding this functionality would greatly simplify our workflow!

  9. Royal Mail - Small and Medium Parcel

    I am finding the Royal Mail integration quite easy to get on with, however there are 4 tiers of Format not 3.

    Letter, Large Letter, Small Parcel and Medium Parcel

    We only have Letter, Large Letter and Parcel. Can this be remedied on the defaults so we aren't being charged for the wrong parcels? I understand we can add our own, but it's confusing for our users.

  10. Need notification if sync fails

    Our store connects to SquareSpace and our shipping is supposed to be fully automated. We don't find out if a sync fails unless we log on to ShipStation (which we don't want to have to do daily). Please send out a notification if the syncing fails for more a couple of hours so that we can troubleshoot it immediately (and not 5 days later when we realize our products didn't reach our customers yet).

  11. Selecting Shipping Suppliers in New Order window

    Please add a drop down menu option that will allow a user to select a shipping account, not service in the New Order or New Manual Order windows. Currently you have to save the order then reopen full screen to make that change which is a non-intuitive extra step. We use for example 2 FEDEX and 2 UPS accounts depending on the type of shipment. Should be an easy update to your service.

  12. Exporting shipping carrier

    Currently ShipStation only sends tracking numbers to ChannelAdvisor and not shipping carrier/class information. This can cause problems if an order is shipped via a different carrier than what has been specified by ChannelAdvisor and imported into ShipStation. If ShipStation would also export shipping carrier information along with the tracking no. if may eliminate some of these problems.

  14. Lithium ion battery support

    Many companies ship items with Lithium ion batteries now and the regulations around them are annoying to say the least. While shipping ground in the domestically within the continental US is fairly straightforward, when these types of packages go internationally or by air the labeling and document requirements are more involved.

    My request is more integrated support for Class 9 Dangerous Goods. It is definitely possible to ship these through standard carriers (UPS, Fedex, etc) but there is some additional labels and paperwork that are required. I know UPS now has API integrations for the DG paperwork now. Any level…

    Integration with taxcloud.net would be amazing. This would save me about 2 hours monthly on NC sales tax reporting. I know that's not a lot but it makes it a hassle when it doesn't have to be.

  16. Returns

    I'd love to use the Branding Returns portal, however I'd really like to have a way to limit the Return Reason choices that the customer sees first. For example, I don't offer a warranty, and I don't allow a straight return because a customer changed their mind. In that case, I may offer store credit. It would be nice to have an option that says Return for Store Credit, or a way to customize your own fields.

  17. ShipStation should allow a way to connect to the cost code field in Stamps.com

    Apparently ShipStation does not have a way to connect to the cost code field in Stamps.com. This feature would be EXTREMELY beneficial to all users who have integrated Stamps.com. Cost codes in Stamps.com are used so that the user can designate the costs of each stamp/label to each individual e-commerce platform they use or to specific salesmen within the company. This is helpful at the end of the month to breakdown shipping costs for all different platforms/salesmen. When printing shipping labels in ShipStation I cannot assign a "cost Code" Therefore I cannot easily breakdown my shipping costs at the end…

  18. Royal Mail Tracking

    Could we get royal mail tracking within shipstation? As far as I am aware there is a RM tracking API which allows pulling this information without going to the RM tracking page. Royal mail also offers delivery tracking for the 24 and 48 service which does not require signature. It would be great to have tracking information for these parcels too or at least the parcel number populated in the tracking field. Currently we have to take this from the label manually.

  20. direct delivery

    I would like to see the implementation of the "Direct Delivery" option for UPS packages, which restricts delivery only to the address we ship to and doesn't allow recipients to re-direct the delivery of packages.

    This is essential for fraud protection.
