  1. Save tracked delivery proof for USPS tracked orders, as numbers are recycled

    Because USPS recycles tracking numbers more frequently now, when looking up a tracking for a claim USPS has already recycled the number - which some scammers use to their advantage. If upon delivery a screenshot of something we could use as proof of delivery was saved in the sale file, it would help for those times when months later a customer claims something wasn't delivered but the number was recycled.

  2. Allow the purchase of postage with a non US debit card or PayPal

    I manage the shipping for a UK based designer and the bank account used for the business is in the UK.

    This has blocked me completely from purchasing postage making my account on here useless.

    Connect with Shipping orders in Revel POS to connect with online platform. We use Shopify online and integrate with ShipStation for shipping performance. We use Revel POS in our retail stores and we struggle with shipping options out of Revel.

  4. Tracking Link Option

    The Recent update to the tracking hyper link for USPS or Stamps.com has messed up my work flow. It adds an unnecessary step if I prefer using USPS tracking over stamps.com. Especially if you are managing 100+ orders a day. I will not be utilizing the new global program supplied by Stamps.com so this change is counter intuitive for my business.

    I think the best solution here would be to let the user decide where they want the tracking to link to. A toggle of sort in the settings. This would help the user determine what works best for their…

  5. comment sold

    Please create an integration with Comment Sold! I use this program for all of my orders. Currently it doesn't sync all orders, It doesn't send tracking numbers for many orders, and I can't see bin locations when shipping. Thank you!

  6. cscart no longer working with current versions

    We would like to use ShipStation with our ecommerce site software CSCART. However while it is listed as a connection, it only works we versions of CSCART that are very old and out of date, over 3 years old.
    Can you please try to update support for a more current version of CSCART. Thank you.

    It would be fantastic if ShipStation were integrated with Flodesk. I understand Mailchimp is the biggie in that arena, but I know of so many businesses (my own included) who've moved over to using Flodesk instead.

  8. Allow shopify shipping rates to import in to SS,

    Allow shopify shipping rates to import in to SS, saving $1,000s for us and customers, this too would assist in workflow and reporting becoming smoother. Having this option for larger customers is vital, if it saves us this much money we would cancel our SS sub to use strictly Shopify enterprise and plus!

  10. Intergration with Orderspace

    We would LOVE for Orderspace to be intergrated correctly with Shipstation. All it needs to be able to do is talk back to the orderspace page correctly. Currently it imports orders and I can create labels for my parcels, but when labels are made on Shipstation and the item is marked as dispatched on Shipstation, it doesn't feed that information back to Orderspace. Leaving orders on Orderspace left as released, not dispatched.

  12. Walmart deliver by date

    With walmart now providing an easy way to customize shipping speed for your offers, it is crucial to know whether particular order need to be shipped on the expedited basis. In short we are out of compliance for late orders, because we are not able to tell if we have to ship with first class or on expedited basis. Need this information to be pulled by shipstation to be distinguished.

    Please activate FedEx GLOBAL One Rate in Shipstation! FedEx rolled out Domestic One Rate last year around this time, and now Global.

    We need to use this service class NOW! What are Shipstation's plans for uploading these rates for your customers?

  15. Swiship Integration

    Amazon UK shares tracking information using their internal system Swiship.co.uk, however, at the moment, there's no integration with ShipStation. When customers are sent automated emails re: their shipment, the tracking number is provided, but the link brings them to an error page on the USPS website. A number of customers get confused by this, resulting in a number of complaints via our customer service channels. As we've increased our sales in Europe and are leaning on Amazon UK more and more, this feature has been become essential to providing a happy customer experience. We hope to see it addressed soon!

  16. Sync order information from all channels with Salesforce

    Shipstation's integration for Salesforce pushes information from Salesforce to Shipstation and treats Salesforce as a selling channel. The integration would have more utility if order information synced both ways. In the current system, a manual order in Shipstation won't go to Salesforce, but a manual order in Salesforce sends to Shipstation.

    Using the same system and objects that Shipstation already uses in their integration, the integration could sync orders from Shipstation to Salesforce, reducing manual inputs.

    It would be great if ShipStation would allow users to push inventory levels from WooCommerce. Updating by csv file is not always convenient or expedient.

  18. Allow user customization / mapping of order info from SS to Quickbooks Online

    When orders are imported to QBO from ShipStation, ShipStation creates a seemingly arbitrary sales receipt number with an SS prefix, and takes our order number (used everywhere else) and puts it in a memo. Also, an SS prefix is attached to all product SKU's.

    There should be an option for the user to customize this mapping, so that the order number can be used as the QBO sales receipt number, or the actual product SKU to be imported, rather than SS-"product SKU".

    When integrating ShipStation to an ERP system, you might want to charge your customer an extra handling fee above and beyond what the carrier is charging. Example a 5% upcharge or a $5 fee per shipment.

    We have recently released a feature called In Cart Delivery Options that may address what you are asking. It allows users to create the delivery options their customs see during checkout and adjust the shipping price by a dollar amount or set % from the rate provided by the carrier for that service.

    This feature currently works only with certain selling channels (Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento), but we are expanding to more channels throughout the year.

    If you have a specific ERP system in mind that is not on our current roadmap, we may be able to refer you to a solution provider that can leverage ShipStation’s API to build a custom solution for you.

  20. Select different services available for each FedEx Account

    Is there a way to select different services available for each FedEx Account? If not, this will prevent us from using the returns service that we want. FedEx requires a seperate account for SmartPost returns, so it will always be a different account then the outbound service.
