  1. Hey! I was hoping that you would consider adding 'Faire' as a selling channel.

    Faire.com has been growing like crazy & on-boarding sellers in huge amounts since November '18. They've existed much longer (originally known as Indigo Faire I believe) but have grown a lot lately and it seems like most small businesses / makers who wholesale their product are now using it. Would be great to streamline these orders in vs adding them manually. Thank you!

  2. Sustainable Initiatives: Carbon offset programs, carbon accounting and more

    Carbon accounting with the carbonfund.org! My company has used Shipstation for 6+ years. We use the UPS "carbon neutral" option for our UPS carrier shipping. We really want to add a similar option for USPS shipments - or ALL shipments, and track our estimated shipping carbon footprint in one place. We know USPS offers a "BlueEarth® USPS BlueEarth Carbon Accounting" for commercial mailing customers via the carbonfund.org, but we don't know how to sign up or integrate with Shipstation. As a Benefit Corporation, we'd LOVE for Shipstation to offer more sustainable initiatives to users in 2019 and beyond.

  3. Restrict Shipping Carrier Selection by Region

    I would like to be able to restrict which carriers and services can be used to ship based on the destination country. Several countries have very poor service from certain carriers such as USPS, and if our fulfillment center sends an international package via USPS first class to a country such as UAE or China, the package will often take over a month to arrive or more likely disappear entirely.   5. Charging customers the correct amount using Shipstation API in E-commerce CMS integrations

    One of the problems with international shipping (even domestic shipping) is charging our customers the correct amount for shipping costs.

    While Shipstation allows us to calculate the costs for shipping, there is no way to charge our customers the correct amount, but it seems Shipstation has a solution to this problem that they're not utilizing.

    Shipstation has a developer API that allows developers to get information such as shipping rates, but this isn't being used in any of the integrations.

  6. Need Automation Rule to report zero dollars or free shipping to marketplace

    For some customers we offer free shipping or charge a fixed shipping amount. I need to set up an automation rule to apply a fixed dollar amount that I specify back to the marketplace. But this ability does not exist in Shipstation.

    The rule would look something like this...if "buyer name" equals (buyer name that I specify) then set shipping amount to (dollar amount that I specify).

    Can this rule be added?

  9. Netparcel.com shipping integration to save on parcel shipments

    NetParcel shipping integration with ShipStation to save everyone on shipping costs with all the couriers instead of having to negotiate rates directly with couriers. This has changed the game for our business for shipping parcels, especially to the USA and I still use it, it is a pain having it not integrated. I hope others get on board with this and vote!

    Please add ChitChats to the list of carries in the "mark as shipped" options to have a direct link to their tracking page in ShipStation confirmation emails.

    A full integration would be wonderful in the future, but this would be a good start for Canadian stores using their fulfillment service.

  11. Zpecommerce

    ZpeCommerce is an up and coming eCommerce channel in the UK with a very strong offering vs. WordPress, Wix, Weebly, etc.

    After comparing and trialling WordPress and Weebly, I chose ZpeCommerce because it is so easy to create a professional looking online store. It has most everything integrated, at a v. competitive price and I am almost up and running in a very short space of time.

    What it doesn't have is what ShipStation offers, and I do believe that it would be worth adding ZpeCommerce as a selling channel, especially as it is very likely to attract more attention…

  12. etsy ship by date

    Etsy Ship By date should import into ShipStation.

    Many Etsy users sell home made products that need specific ship by dates as they need to be hand made after the order is placed.

    This Ship By date can change dependent on the amount of products a user orders and is ever changing. With it not being static, It would be greatly beneficial to import the Ship By from your Etsy connection.

    Royal Mail offer discounted delivery prices for Account Barcode Unsorted mail, it would be beneficial to take advantage of this in ShipStation.

    Currently ship station only allows to schedule a single pick up, but I would like to set up a recurring daily pick up.

  15. Automation Rule Option for Assigning Custom Field 1, 2, 3

    Currently there is not an option to create an automation rule to pass imported data to the Custom Fields

    For a dropship business each client has specific needs as far and what data to send in the Custom Fields. Having an automation rule that would allow us to pass imported data (e.g. internal note, buyer note, order#, etc to the Custom Fields) would make this possible. Not to mention alleviate the hours of copy & pasting we have to do for thousands of orders....

    Isn't that the idea behind shipstation. get ship done faster.

    HI! I think wholesale businesses would really benefit from intergrations with wholesale platforms. I personally use Brandboom and would like to see an intergration. Other platforms are NuOrder and Joor.

  17. Paypal integration

    Currently SS does not work to notify PayPal of tracking info and ship status. I am told by SS that they are not integrated with the correct PayPal API to allow this to happen. This is a big disadvantage for PayPal users, causing us an extra step by having to manually update each individual order in PayPal with tracking information. The current integration between PayPal and SS is not complete. SS, please do what is needed to integrate fully with PayPal.

  18. Collaps marketplaces into a dropdown menu.

    We currently sell various products on Amazon (different marketplaces Canada, Europe) and of each of them we have in the right menu inside ShipStation.
    We would like to have a option to make them collapsable into categories, for example all Amazon into Amazon, all ebay into Ebay.
    At this point we have 15+ stores and scrolling is inconvenient.

    If there was a way to link one shipstation account to another partner companies shipstation account to automatedly send orders to their system and the report back ship status, I would be in HEAVEN!

    We have all kinds of partners we use for outsourcing orders. And we also have partners we do fulfillment for. It would save 100s if not 1000s of manhours, if the system could do this.

    Just like with an e-commerce to shipstation link. It would be a shipstation to shipstation link!

  20. DHL Packages ON HOLD

    DHL consistenly sends us emails in regards to International Packages on hold and claims that ShipStation is not submitting the tracking data to their site OR the data is sent then lost in the ether.

    It would be helpful to find a fix for this so packages are not delayed multiple days in a row and having to use the chat now feature to send Shipstation several tracking numbers. Some kind of "resubmit tracking" in the shipments would help maybe? Allow me to do what the chat support is doing?
