    Integrate ShipStation with FedEx IPD (International Priority Direct) service.

    From the FedEx site:

    Delivery bulk shipments from one origin location to multiple addresses in...select countries. Shipment clears customs as a single unit and then individual pieces are delivered to multiple addresses, bypassing warehouses and middlemen.

  2. Get integration with UK Mail and Yodel

    Get integration with UK Mail and Yodel.

    Working in the online retail sector alongside other small to medium-sized businesses we and a number of other businesses we work with are using either UK Mail or Yodel as a courier. Having integrated our custom store with ship station and loved it so far we are desperate to use it to its full capability by having it support these two well known and frequently used couriers.

  3. Shopify to Shipstation Additional Details

    Have Shopify's "Additional Details" and "Notes" sections import to different ShipStation fields! They are currently importing to 1 field in Shipstation, "Customer Order Notes".

    Currently, if an order in Shopify has any information stored in the "Additional Details" column of an order, that information is imported into Shipstation in the "customer Order Notes" Field. This is the same field that the Shopify "Notes" section imports to. Shopify businesses commonly use the Shopify "Notes" section for gift messages. So, when all this info is imported, you get a gift message + any data from the "Additional Details" column funneling all together…

  4. Pull in UPC From Shopify

    Shopify and Shipstation both have a product field for UPC, but Shipstation does not import that value from Shopify. The API exists, and it would be simple to have this included. This would greatly help with reports and exports of shipping reports.

  6. Multiple Box Shipping with Seller Fulfilled Prime

    We carry a handful of SKU's that require multiple boxes to ship which is currently running into some issues with Seller Fulfilled Prime. As of now the only way to handle these orders for a SKU that ships in multiple packages would be going through the Amazon Seller Central. It would be nice if sometime in the future if a update can be made to that to allow Mulitple Box Shipments that are Seller Fulfilled Prime to come through ShipStation.   8. Prevent duplicate eBay orders from importing through Shopify

    Shipstation already has a store setting for Volusion stores that prevents eBay orders from importing through Volusion. We need the same for Shopify.

    We sell on Shopify and on eBay. I have both sales channels added to Shipstation. Recently, Shopify has added an eBay integration. We have mapped a few products so their inventories are shared, and the items can be sold on both marketplaces with shared inventory. Shipstation now brings in two orders for ever order placed for these mapped items, one from Shopify and one from eBay.

    We're hand managing each order for now, but this invites errors.…

  10. Restrict Shipping Carrier Selection by Region

    I would like to be able to restrict which carriers and services can be used to ship based on the destination country. Several countries have very poor service from certain carriers such as USPS, and if our fulfillment center sends an international package via USPS first class to a country such as UAE or China, the package will often take over a month to arrive or more likely disappear entirely.   12. Need Automation Rule to report zero dollars or free shipping to marketplace

    For some customers we offer free shipping or charge a fixed shipping amount. I need to set up an automation rule to apply a fixed dollar amount that I specify back to the marketplace. But this ability does not exist in Shipstation.

    The rule would look something like this...if "buyer name" equals (buyer name that I specify) then set shipping amount to (dollar amount that I specify).

    Can this rule be added?

  13. Shipstation sync error

    Currently when shipstation syncs transactions with Quickbooks, whenever the sync date is shows up as the transaction date of the order date on Quickbooks, which is obviously not correct. The transaction date should be the order date or shipped date. Also the orginal order number isn't showing correctly on Quickbooks either, instead its showing some random number starts with SS-4??

  15. Royal Mail 1D/2D Barcodes

    Hello,

    We are desperate for Shipstation to integrate Royal Mail 1D and 2D barcodes into the tracking fields. Especially for CRL services.

    These barcodes are used as tracking reference numbers and provide delivery confirmation. This is now a requirement by eBay and something we are currently having to manually upload.

    This is a very long and painful process, that could easily be resolved if Shipstation were to extract the data.

  16. Royal Mail Customs Declarations

    The Royal Mail integration is generally well done but we're still having to manually write custom declaration labels for non-EU shipments.

    Having moved from a cheaper shipping platform that offered automated labels (exactly like UPS) this is a step backward.

    Can we please have declaration labels for Royal Mail. The digital declaration is going to be required very soon by RM I believe so ShipStation may not be compliant.

  17. USPS Certified Mail

    It would be really great if you guys were able to add the option to send via USPS certified mail. We're sending out important checks a lot of the time and need confirmation of their receipt. It's too expensive to send via UPS Ground just for confirmation of delivery. This would be pretty simple to implement. Thanks.

    We would love to use Shipstation if it integrated with our couriers, or integrated with a third party who could help with more courier integrations.

    Hi Guys, Any way you can add FedEx SameDay service to the list of FedEx products currently linked through to ShipStation? I spoke to a ShipStation customer service person who actually thought this already existed, but after digging in further, it seems the API does not connect to FedEx SameDay for some reason.   20. additional handling

    We sell 5 gallon plastic pails and ship Via UPS without boxing the pails. UPS requires the "Additional Handling" box to be checked off for these shipments however we are unable to do so when processing batches. PLEASE adjust the software to simply allow us to add "additional handling" onto every order in the batch. Otherwise we'll need to process 1500 orders one by one! Unfortunately we will have to switch to shipworks if this cannot be done. Please consider this feature!
