    When viewing orders, SS provides a link for Amazon orders so that you can click it and it opens a new tab going directly to that Amazon order page (and you can read your own seller notes from there)... We need this same functionality for Etsy.

    Because...

    1.) Given that SS does NOT update Etsy order comments after they have been pulled in the first time, if an Etsy customer needs to change something about their order (which happens far more than I wish it would) then I currently need to have both SS and Etsy open at the same…

  4. Import Amazon.ca FBA CA (Canada) orders. [like we can now with Amazon.com FBA (USA)]

    Hello, for Amazon.com there is an option for:

    "Import FBA Orders
    These orders will be visible in “Insights” and either “Pending Fulfillment” or “Shipped” based on their status. Note: FBA orders will count towards your plan volume."

    When will this ability be available for Amazon.CA ?

  5. API - Allocate/Deallocate

    The API should allow us to allocate/deallocate orders. I use the API to put orders into the system and until they are shipped, my inventory levels are not decreased, so I have no idea how much stock I have until I manually go allocate each order. We ship on a specific schedule, so because we don't ship every day, I always have outdated inventory information unless each morning we manually go and allocate orders.

    Seems simple enough to add as the UI does have an API call that does this very easily. Thanks!

  6. DHL eCommerce - Canada Integration

    Would love to see DHL eCommerce comply with Shipstation for shipments from Canada. It currently complies with USA but not yet available for Canadian Shipstation customers. We are located in Toronto and are eager to start shipping with DHL eCommerce as they offer incredible resources, but without Shipstation integration it isn't feasible.
    Can we get this implemented?

  7. FBA splits order

    I have orders that are sold on my website via BigCommerce. They are imported into ShipStation and then I have FBA ship them to the customer using ShipStation.
    My problem I run into is the orders that have more than 1 item. When FBA breaks up the order this causes more than one tracking number. Only the first tracking number is sent to BigCommerce and to the customer via ShipStation and my website. The e-mail states everything is being shipped together and the tracking information is included. I then get customers e-mailing and calling that the order was not complete…

    Allow delivery to UPS Access Points. According to UPS, this requries a different kind of label, and the cost is a little different - somewhere between ground to a commercial address and ground to a residential address.

    As updating/adding features to an integration typically requires cooperation from both parties, we recommend reaching out to UPS and expressing your interest in adding this feature to ShipStation to help expedite this process.
    Additionally, any further comments for how often UPS Access Points are being used outside of ShipStation on a daily/weekly basis would be very helpful!

  11. leave at door - Purolator

    Add the Leave At Door option in the Label for Purolator. We sign a contract with them that all of our order are left at the door but we cannot select the option in shipstation

  12. Laser Ship carrier integration

    I would like a new carrier for the Southeast regional. I've heard Laser Ship is great but I'm open to anyone with great rates that's doing same day & next day shipping.

  13. Add insurance option to shipping calculator

    It would be nice if there was a field in the shipping calculator that will allow us to quote the shipping cost with the carrier insurance included. Right now, we have to either make an order, or click Create Label and then add the value and go through each shipping method to give the customer an accurate cost.

  15. FedEX Dangerous goods shipping for expidited air shipments

    We ship FedEx ground primarily but in the winter months would like the option to do expedited air shipments even though our product is a dangerous good in the air. Plus DG paperwork is cumbersome while also requiring the upmost accuracy. With similar templates to what is already provided that could greatly streamline our process and allow us to do more with shipstation.

  17. Do you wish you could send shipping cost back to ChannelAdvisor or mark orders as partially shipped?

    It's possible! ChannelAdvisor now allows via it's API the ability to update line items as shipped instead of the whole order (as ShipStation currently does). Through this mysterious magic of API, they can also send the Shipping Cost, Shipping Tax Cost, and Insurance Cost to ChannelAdvisor. Just image what you could do with all that data! Oh the reports you could run. I bet you're saying to yourself "Wow, that sounds wonderful. How can I help make this happen?"...All you need to do is upvote this post so that ShipStation sees the err of their deprecated API ways.

  18. Add storeId to the Shipment Model

    The Shipment Model does not include the storeId which is a crucial element of an Order.

    Basically it is a property of the "advancedOptions" which is always returned as null in the Shipment Request. Why?

  19. Stop Importing Irrelevant Order Information as "Internal Notes" From Magento

    Basically Shipstation imports Magento's internal Paypal and payment processing notes (Like IP Address or Transaction ID etc.) as Internal Notes, cluttering up the Internal Notes boxes that could be useful to put customer information etc. in them. It'd be great if there was a way to stop them from auto importing.

  20. Import ALL information from Squarespace product forms

    I have certain options for my customs to choose when purchasing my products, and their choices - which pop up via squarespace forms when they add these products to their cart - don't import into Shipstation. This results in a Pick List which is insufficient and therefore, unusable.Specifically for me - I offer up to 3 complimentary samples to trade of my wallpaper line - so this is one product of mine. Complimentary Samples for Trade Professionals.They add this to their carts, and are prompted to choose which Line and Colorway they want samples of. Thank you!

    Thank you for submitting this request and helping us to improve ShipStation! We can only display information sent from SquareSpace through the API feed in ShipStation. If the information is not displaying in ShipStation now, I recommend contacting SquareSpace to request they add this data to the order information sent to ShipStation. Once this has been done, we should be able to accurately determine if this order data can be mapped into ShipStation.
