  1. Shipping Costs from Ship Station should be pushed to Channel Advisor and Shopify.

    It is really difficult do a proper shipping cost analysis for orders if you are not pushing the actual shipping costs back to the system it came from. Channel Advisor in particular has a great ability to customize and automate reporting so it would be helpful if it had all the information that is valuable about an order.

  2. Worldship

    Can you make ShipStation Compatible with UPS WorldShip? I would like my UPS WorldShip and ShipStation to be on the same page so that I do not have to reference two different shipping modules. WorldShip doesn't have a freight function for over 150 LBS so if I could ship everything through UPS WorldShip and automatically update ShipStation that would be fantastic.

  3. Importing orders from QuickBooks Online

    For many businesses Quickbooks Online is the only place where the invoices (orders) are created. It would be great if ShipStation could import the invoices or sales receipts from QBO, and then push the tracking numbers back to QBO when the shipping label has been created.

  4. ShipStation should allow a way to connect to the cost code field in Stamps.com

    Apparently ShipStation does not have a way to connect to the cost code field in Stamps.com. This feature would be EXTREMELY beneficial to all users who have integrated Stamps.com. Cost codes in Stamps.com are used so that the user can designate the costs of each stamp/label to each individual e-commerce platform they use or to specific salesmen within the company. This is helpful at the end of the month to breakdown shipping costs for all different platforms/salesmen. When printing shipping labels in ShipStation I cannot assign a "cost Code" Therefore I cannot easily breakdown my shipping costs at the end…

  7. Bulk resubmission tool for throttled/failed Amazon submissions

    It would be great to have the ability to bulk resubmit vailed notifications to Amazon Market Place through ShipStation at the end of the day. Our workflow doesn’t allow us to use batching for our orders and we are left with 1,000s of daily orders throttled with failed notifications. Currently we are contacting ShipStation nightly to bulk resubmit the orders otherwise we would need to manually update Amazon accounts one at a time.

    Having an auto feed that could bulk resubmit these failed orders at the end of the day would be a valuable time saver for all parties.

  8. Make Multi-Box Shipment Information Visible in API

    As I understand it the information available in the ShipStation API does not distinguish between single-box and multi-box shipments. We need visibility in the API as to (1) how many boxes are in a shipment, (2) what products are in what box, and (3) the tracking number of each box. This information is essential for generating an EDI 856 (advance ship notice) document.

    The product UPC is currently only available via API. It should be one of the options for a product for a custom store integration. This should be pretty quick to fix, no?

  10. edit status mapping from bigcommerce

    We would like the ability to manually edit the BigCommerce status' that are mapped as "Awaiting Shipment" in SS.

    For example, we use "Awaiting Shipment" in BigCommerce for orders that we drop-ship, and "Awaiting Fulfillment" for orders that we ship from in-house inventory. The ladder being the only status' from BigCommerce that we want to pull into SS.

  12. Implement more of Jet.com API: Bullets, Additional Images

    If using SS only, the only way to edit product listings on Jet is through the SS Product interface, which lacks product bullets and additional images, key to a good looking listing on Jet.com

    We use ecomdash and have the connection set up. It would be nice to be able to feed all stores data into Ecomdash. This way we keep both systems up to date and all shipping information flows to ecomdash.

  15. Sync Etsy Private Notes with Shipstation Internal Notes

    We often need to make notes regarding an Etsy order. It would be nice if the private notes section of the Etsy order was automatically synced with the Internal Notes section in Shipstation.

    Since all communication with the customers is done on Etsy, when a small changes or note is needed we then need to log into shipstation and add it in Internal notes. It would be much quicker if we could simply add once on the page we are already on and let it sync over to SS.

  17. Submit Correct Tracking For Firstmile on all platforms

    When shipstation is confirming our Firstmile orders to WISH, it always confirms showing they are USPS. While the final delivery is usually completed by USPS, that's not 100% the case, and also USPS frequently changes the final delivery tracking number. This causes issues with the tracking that is submitted to wish - and to customers on that site. We have almost 15% of our orders that don't get confirmed as delivered because of this issue.     We want to use Shipstation on a proper enterprise level. We would really like the ability to be able to integrate with Shipstation using our Microsoft ADFS server or services like Onelogin via SAML for SSO and auto-provisioning of accounts as needed.

    Integrate with CS-Cart Multi-Vendor

    At the moment...ShipStation integrates very well with Amazon. It's simple, just add the store or as many different Amazon stores and all products import into SS.

    I need ShipStation to do the same for EACH VENDOR in a multi-vendor store with CS Cart.

    The Vendor needs to be able to integrate his store to his OWN SS account or can integrate into my SS account so that I can fulfill the orders that come from his store.

    This should work as simply as Amazon and ETSY...

    I expect the workflow would be the same.
