  1. Implement more of Jet.com API: Bullets, Additional Images

    If using SS only, the only way to edit product listings on Jet is through the SS Product interface, which lacks product bullets and additional images, key to a good looking listing on Jet.com

  5. Sync Etsy Private Notes with Shipstation Internal Notes

    We often need to make notes regarding an Etsy order. It would be nice if the private notes section of the Etsy order was automatically synced with the Internal Notes section in Shipstation.

    Since all communication with the customers is done on Etsy, when a small changes or note is needed we then need to log into shipstation and add it in Internal notes. It would be much quicker if we could simply add once on the page we are already on and let it sync over to SS.

  6. Add UPC to fields for Custom Store Integration

    The product UPC is currently only available via API. It should be one of the options for a product for a custom store integration. This should be pretty quick to fix, no?

  7. clickfunnel integration

    Integrate with CS-Cart Multi-Vendor

    At the moment...ShipStation integrates very well with Amazon. It's simple, just add the store or as many different Amazon stores and all products import into SS.

    I need ShipStation to do the same for EACH VENDOR in a multi-vendor store with CS Cart.

    The Vendor needs to be able to integrate his store to his OWN SS account or can integrate into my SS account so that I can fulfill the orders that come from his store.

    This should work as simply as Amazon and ETSY...

    I expect the workflow would be the same.

  8. Pull in UPC From Amazon

    We track everything in our shop by UPC. Since our Amazon SKU's do not have the UPC in them it would be great if you could pull in the UPC from Amazon orders so that we have easy access to the UPC when preparing shipments.

    We want to use Shipstation on a proper enterprise level. We would really like the ability to be able to integrate with Shipstation using our Microsoft ADFS server or services like Onelogin via SAML for SSO and auto-provisioning of accounts as needed.

  12. usps expired label refund

    USPS label manager to track non active labels and request refund before they expire.

    Sometimes labels are created and prepaid but are then never used. It would be great to have a feature that track labels that do not go live and make it easy to request refund before they expire.

  13. User and API Restriction by Store

    For users who ship for various companies it would be very helpful to have an API key for each store so that one client would not be able to access other client's data through a shared API. This data security could be extended to the user restriction where users could be assigned to certain store(s).

  14. FedEx settings needs to allow the ability to Show or Not Show Negotiated rates just like UPS does in the carrier settings

    We use public rates to charge our customers for their shipping costs. UPS has this setting in the carrier settings but FedEx does not please add it.

    A couple of years ago a number of us requested ShipStation integration with Stripe. In our case, because Amazon stopped hosting webstores about a year ago, we migrated to a GoDaddy online store which uses Stripe and PayPal for payment processing. PayPal orders pop into ShipStation just fine as usual, but we have to manually create orders coming in via an email from GoDaddy/Stripe. ShipStation was then integrated with Stripe Relay for mobile apps.   18. Fix Issue on Delayed Marketplace Notifications not being Sent in Batches from ShipStation Causing Amazon Throttling

    Currently, if you have your Amazon marketplace notifications to be sent at the time a label batch is printed they all go through without throttling errors. However, if you have them set to be sent on a delay, or at a specific time in the future, this is causing the marketplace notifications to fail on Amazon due to too many API calls and Amazon is throttling us.

  19. Additional USPS Flat Rate box options

    I have noticed that USPS has many different Flat Rate box options available on its website to order as free shipping supplies, such as 7x7x6, 12x12x5.5 and 12x12x8. ShipStation only has the Regional A, Regional B, Small, Medium, Large and Envelopes set up as box options.

    We would benefit greatly from being able to use these other free shipping boxes from USPS! Currently, if a customer orders more product than what fits in a Large Flat Rate box, we either have to split the order into two boxes, or go to FedEx Home Delivery. Both of these options either cost…

  20. Two ups accounts return label

    I have two UPS accounts set up in ShipStation.

    When I ship out something on a specific UPS account, and it needs to be returned, I would like to be able to create a return label on that same account. However, ShipStation only let's me create return labels on the primary account.

    So if I ship labels on a secondary UPS account, the only way to print a return label on that secondary account is to temporarily edit the global settings to make it the primary UPS account, then switch it back after I print my return label.
