  2. Mark "This is a gift" checkbox in order details if Shopify order has "This is a gift" attribute

    If a Shopify order has been marked as a gift and it has a note attached to it It would be nice if those can be mapped to "This is a gift" checkbox and the gift message in order details in ShipStation especially those two options already exists.

  3. Enable Amazon Shipping for All Seller-Fulfilled Orders (Not just Prime)

    Amazon has recently updated their feedback guidelines which will allow sellers to have negative feedback removed for late shipments due to carrier error IF the postage is purchased through Amazon.

    I see that Seller-Fulfilled Prime orders can have an Amazon shipping option added for an additional per-piece fee. Having this option for seller-fulfilled orders, too, would be a huge benefit--and motivate sellers to keep using Shipstation rather than purchasing postage directly from Amazon.

  4. branded return portal

    I'd like to suggest the option to provide custom instructions for making returns when people go through the returns portal, for example to make them aware that there is a small fee deducted from their return when they use the label and other return instructions.

  5. Ebay Delivery Guarantee

    Ebay has introduced a new "Delivery Guarantee" that offers us the ability to guarantee delivery time OR handling time for packages.

    If we choose the Guaranteed Handling Time option, Ebay will guarantee the delivery, and if it's late, they'll refund the customer the shipping. The only catch is they are (so far) going to require we use Ebay labels to print postage for packages, which is time consuming versus using ShipStation.   6. Zpecommerce

    ZpeCommerce is an up and coming eCommerce channel in the UK with a very strong offering vs. WordPress, Wix, Weebly, etc.

    After comparing and trialling WordPress and Weebly, I chose ZpeCommerce because it is so easy to create a professional looking online store. It has most everything integrated, at a v. competitive price and I am almost up and running in a very short space of time.

    What it doesn't have is what ShipStation offers, and I do believe that it would be worth adding ZpeCommerce as a selling channel, especially as it is very likely to attract more attention…

  7. Partial Shipment Revision

    There is a big issue with partial shipments when it comes to connecting to other marketplaces.

    Currently, we use Farapp to connect Shipstation and Netsuite.

    The split order functionality does not work as intended.

    What happens is when you have backordered/partial orders, you can't adjust the quantity on Shipstation.

    Yea, you can split the order, but the connector does not recognize the order once you split it.

    Example 1: Lets say you have Order 123.
    The order is split into 123 and 123-1.
    Farapp does not recognize 123-1 so it cannot fulfill in Netsuite.

  8. Marking orders shipped triggers Zapier task

    Half of our orders are drop shipped and we just mark them as shipped in Shipstation. These are half our customers not getting a text saying their order was shipped because this isn't triggering the Zapier task "New Shipment in Shipstation".

  9. Request to set up recurring mail pick ups via ship station

    Currently ship station only allows to schedule a single pick up, but I would like to set up a recurring daily pick up.

  10. Brandboom Intergration

    HI! I think wholesale businesses would really benefit from intergrations with wholesale platforms. I personally use Brandboom and would like to see an intergration. Other platforms are NuOrder and Joor.

  11. Collaps marketplaces into a dropdown menu.

    We currently sell various products on Amazon (different marketplaces Canada, Europe) and of each of them we have in the right menu inside ShipStation.
    We would like to have a option to make them collapsable into categories, for example all Amazon into Amazon, all ebay into Ebay.
    At this point we have 15+ stores and scrolling is inconvenient.

  12. Shipstation toShipstation LINK!

    If there was a way to link one shipstation account to another partner companies shipstation account to automatedly send orders to their system and the report back ship status, I would be in HEAVEN!

    We have all kinds of partners we use for outsourcing orders. And we also have partners we do fulfillment for. It would save 100s if not 1000s of manhours, if the system could do this.

    Just like with an e-commerce to shipstation link. It would be a shipstation to shipstation link!

    I wish you could provide integration with www.parcel2go.com.
    They are really good service and i hope you could help me with this as i use it very often byt the only way i can send parcel using them is by exporting the CSV file from shipstation. I am sure this will generate new sales for you as many people uses parcel2go every day.

  14. DHL Packages ON HOLD

    DHL consistenly sends us emails in regards to International Packages on hold and claims that ShipStation is not submitting the tracking data to their site OR the data is sent then lost in the ether.

    It would be helpful to find a fix for this so packages are not delayed multiple days in a row and having to use the chat now feature to send Shipstation several tracking numbers. Some kind of "resubmit tracking" in the shipments would help maybe? Allow me to do what the chat support is doing?

    We would love to see ShipStation support Mirakl marketplace platform. We use this for two of our selling platforms and need to manually export/import orders. Seems like a huge platform that many large corporations use to connect small businesses with large ones.

  17. Tracking support for UDS, Lasership, CPS, and others

    Please add tracking support for these carriers!

    There may be some other carriers we use sometimes but if you don't support them, when we select "Other" in the drop down, you should give us the ability to add the tracking link manually.

    And please allow for more characters in the tracking # field. Sometimes I have 4 packages shpping out from say Fedex, and it won't allow me to add all 4 comma seperated tracking #'s. 3 is the max I can fit.

  18. Support Square POS transactions

    We have a ShipStation account and use Shopify for eCommerce and we also have a retail location using Square POS. We often get customers that want to buy in store and have product shipped. Is there a way to integrate Square POS with ShipStation? All I've seen is that ShipStation only integrates with Square web sales and we don't use their web platform.

    Microsoft is taking what they have marketed for years and putting it on the cloud for small businesses. April 2nd they are launching Microsoft Business Central, basically a cloud ERP. I would love to see a integration with this new product and what should be very popular.
