  1. Support for Amazon Custom orders

    For sellers that have access to Amazon Custom, it would be very helpful to provide the capability to display and/or download custom order information.

  2. USPS Return Shipping Label without paying postage up front

    The ability to take advantage of USPS Merchandise Return Service and have an option to print a return label with every shipment or selected shipments and not have to pay for the postage unless the customer uses it. I believe this is available through API only and there may be a form you have to submit to USPS: https://www.usps.com/business/merchandise-return-service.htm

    We’re looking into what it would take to build this feature for you. Currently in order to do USPS returns each of you would require your own USPS returns account which costs ~$1,000 per year with USPS. We are researching possible solutions that would not require that expense.

    Thanks for your feedback. Currently, UPS doesn’t expose SmartPickup to us in the way that they do with other features. If there are any updates on information we receive about UPS SmartPickup we will notify everyone here!
    In the meantime we still appreciate your comments, votes, and ideas!

  6. Enable NAFTA eligible shipments info on customs forms to Canda.

    As of right now I need to manually enter Canada orders through UPS Worldship in order for my customers to not pay duty fees...

  7. CommerceHub Integration

    You really need to integrate with CommerceHUB. WE just signed up with HomeDepot.com online portal and the require the use of CommerceHUB to fulfill orders through their system. This is a large company that services huge online companies like bestbuy, walmart, toysrus and more. Please get an integration set up asap and take over the shipping integration world!

    Hey everyone,

    Thank you so much for your input! We have spoken with CommerceHub about an integration between our platforms. They do not see enough interest from their users to build the integration themselves, and they are currently ramping up a new API so we cannot build an integration until that is complete.

    I recommend expressing your interested to CommerceHub directly to help stir interest, and let them know their users are very interested in an integration with ShipStation.

    We plan to build the integration once their new API is built out, but we must wait until that is finished. They told us they were expecting it to be finished somewhere in Q2.

  8. Xero Integration

    Would love to see integration with Xero for accounting. We have used QB Online and don't really care for it. We would need order number, sku, qty, price ea., shipping price, payment method (amex, visa, mc, discover, paypal, amazon) to import into Xero from shipstation. If there is an integration partner that already can do this, please post it. We haven't found anyone.

    We would like to ship our LTL items under our FedEx Freight account for LTL items. This is for Economy Shipping and Expedited by ground not AIR.

  11. Amazon Buy Shipping API - For Same Day Delivery

    Amazon has just launched a program in majoar metro areas called Same-Day Delivery in conjunction with their new shipping settings and regionalized guaranteed delivery dates.

    They require that we use Dynamex as the messenger service for same day delivery and they have an API called Buy Shipping API that will allow third parties like ShipStation to display the often very competitive rates and full selection of carriers that are visible to merchants in Amazon Seller Central. The rates for same day delivery purchased through Amazon are so cheap (flat $7 for NYC metro deliveries, for example) that I expect this…

    We are in the early stages of an integration with the Amazon Buy Shipping API! However, there are some limitations/restrictions for using this service in ShipStation.

    At this time, the Amazon Buy Shipping API is only available for sellers using the “MFN Prime” service offered by Amazon. “MFN Prime” refers to orders that are listed as “Prime” on Amazon, but shipped directly by a seller. Historically, only orders that were fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) were eligible for “Prime” status. Orders not listed as “Prime” are not eligible for the Amazon Buy Shipping API in ShipStation.

    Customs 2014: Combine all requests for fixes (actually government requirements) to Customs forms (both Commercial Invoices and the 3 possible Certificate of Origins) so that they are completely system generated within ShipStation.

    currently there are about a dozen different requests to all focused on the incomplete customs forms generated out of SS. if you cant API to our existing complete and customs compliant forms from FedEx or UPS, please allow us a template to merge out SS shipping info onto.

    Thank you for submitting this request and helping us to improve ShipStation! We need to determine if this is possible through the carrier API. We do not actually generate any of the Commercial Invoices or Customs Forms. We send the shipment information to the carrier, then they generate the form in realtime and send it back to ShipStation so you can easily manage/print it.   13. Merge US carriers and Canadian carriers in one account

    We would like to add the Canadian carriers under our US account in ShipStation.

    We have warehouses in USA and Canada, and sometimes it's cheaper to ship the Canadian orders from USA.

    By having all the carriers into 1 account, we can easily compare the shipping cost and choose the right warehouse and right carrier. Now we have to create separate account and navigate between the accounts to do that and also pay 2 subscriptions.

  14. Shipstation inventory management multichannel

    Great to see the new shipstation inventory management solution!
    We were initially excited because it seemed to be able to replace stitchlabs. If shipstation was able to send stock counts to selling channels, it would be amazing! We, along with other stitch users I'm sure, would be happy to pay a higher premium for your services.

  15. A partnership with lightspeed

    check out lightspeedretail.com, it is a complete POS for retail brick and mortar and webstore, does the inventory, enables you to check inventory from anywhere you can get a wifi connection! Works off a laptop, iPad and iPhone, good for trade shows, etc etc, a shipping interface would be PERFECT!

  17. Custom Label

    It would be great to be able to customize the shipping label. I currently use Endicia's Dazzle, which lets me move the bar code around. This allows us to use our custom designed labels to look phenomenal. If you added this feature, we would be fully sold.

    Thank you for submitting this request/voting and helping us to improve ShipStation! At this time, we do not actually generate any labels in ShipStation. We send the shipping parameters to the carrier, then they generate the label in realtime, and send it back to ShipStation for you to easily print. They only allow us limited functionality regarding the customization of labels. This includes Label Messages and adding a Logo.

    We will review options with these carriers for customizing the labels further. We’ll be sure to let you know once we have an update!

    At present, Amazon integration is only for Seller Central. This is fine for merchants, but we manufacturers who use Amazon Vendor Central are left out!

  19. trackable FedEx FIMS Mailview integration

    Please integrate with FedEx International MailService Mailview with tracking numbers. Shipments through Mailview consist of 2 tracking numbers: one air waybill tracking number trackable through FedEx.com to their sort facility in Chicago. The second tracking looks like this "RE510453344SE". This second number always (to my knowledge) starts with "RE" and is trackable at the sites below and also trackable from the recipients national postal website.

  20. Support UK carriers

    We have a warehouse in the UK, I would only imagine ShipStation expanding to let us configure overseas Warehouses with Royal Mail integration would be a huge plus and open shipstation to the UK market etc.. would be great!
