  1. 3dCart Payment Transaction ID

    3dcart API allows you to see Transaction details. I would like to pull the transaction ID into my Shipstation "custom field 1", just like I do for ebay orders.

    I performed a GET Order API call for Order #TSS-4161 that is currently in Awaiting Shipment and it seems Shipstation does receive the transaction ID in the call. The PayPal transactionID for this order is 3WD94336S4728790N. This is the information I received in the call from the Transaction block section:

  2. Add UPC to fields for Custom Store Integration

    The product UPC is currently only available via API. It should be one of the options for a product for a custom store integration. This should be pretty quick to fix, no?

  3. Support Square POS transactions

    We have a ShipStation account and use Shopify for eCommerce and we also have a retail location using Square POS. We often get customers that want to buy in store and have product shipped. Is there a way to integrate Square POS with ShipStation? All I've seen is that ShipStation only integrates with Square web sales and we don't use their web platform.

  4. Saml Based SSO

    We want to use Shipstation on a proper enterprise level. We would really like the ability to be able to integrate with Shipstation using our Microsoft ADFS server or services like Onelogin via SAML for SSO and auto-provisioning of accounts as needed.

  6. TCG player. We are starting to ship a lot of cards, and it would be amazing if it intergrated!

    TCG is a card selling site and we're going to be shipping a lot. the downloading, uploading, and redownloading the shipping are just extra steps I'd love to bypass.

  7. Adding different LTL freight carriers to this shipping options

    Having the ability to select LTL freight carrier such AAA Cooper, Averitt Express, YRC, Old Dominion to the shipping options... and incorporating a link to these carrier's websites on the email notification the customer gets when the orders are marked as shipped. Currently we have to select "other" as the shipping carrier and creates extra customer service cases when customer can't track their shipments. Customer are used the ease of just clicking a link to track their shipments, instead of having to go to the carrier's website.

  8. Returns Portal - More than 1 default shipping method.

    It would be ideal if there was an option when setting up the branded returns portal to have tiers. For instance orders under 15.99 oz ship USPS First Class Mail. Orders over 16.00 ship Priority Mail.

    Alternatively they could request the return, we get a notification to approve and create the label. Once created it gets emailed back to them.

  9. Implement more of Jet.com API: Bullets, Additional Images

    If using SS only, the only way to edit product listings on Jet is through the SS Product interface, which lacks product bullets and additional images, key to a good looking listing on Jet.com

  11. Please make it possible to change from 3rd party to default from settings

    For some reason my billing on the labels was changed for a 3rd party billing which was making me that its unable to change my billing preferences back to default with out having to go into every single order and changing it there which can be very annoying when you need to process 200 orders. I Shipstation can put the billing prefrences in the settings it would go a long way.

    Hi @emanuel, thanks for bringing this up! If I follow you correctly, you can change the billing party for multiple orders at once by using Bulk Actions. You’ll find this under the Other Actions menu.

  12. Amazon Buy Shipping API for international shipping

    Please please make the Buy shipping API to pull Amazon Buy shipping for international labels too.

    Hi! Does ChannelAdvisor recognize these Guaranteed Delivery orders as different from standard eBay orders within its interface? And then when they’re imported into ShipStation, they’re not being uniquely identified?

  14. Quickbooks Online integration

    When importing orders into Quickbooks Online it sets the Sales Receipt date to the day I import them. Why not set the date to the shipping date? Please fix this. It makes no sense to use the import date and at least the shipping date would be more accurate as to when the order occured. Imagine importing 300 orders from August and then having to go back and fix the date on each one because you imported them in October.

  15. Please update current integrations with UPS, FedEx, and DHL to support SED/EEI filing

    We use ShipStation domestically only. ShipStation doesn't have the ability to ship international orders when the individual commodity's are worth more than $2500.00 without additional customs documents.
    When we signed up for ShipStation we were under the impression that everything was handled through ShipStation until we were contacted by the carriers seeking customs documents. Please add support for EEI filing through the carriers to fix this. For international shipments we have been forced to ship through the individual carriers, fixing this issue would bring a lot more business to ShipStation.

    There is a demand for this! Who has time…

  16. Bulk resubmission tool for throttled/failed Amazon submissions

    It would be great to have the ability to bulk resubmit vailed notifications to Amazon Market Place through ShipStation at the end of the day. Our workflow doesn’t allow us to use batching for our orders and we are left with 1,000s of daily orders throttled with failed notifications. Currently we are contacting ShipStation nightly to bulk resubmit the orders otherwise we would need to manually update Amazon accounts one at a time.

    Having an auto feed that could bulk resubmit these failed orders at the end of the day would be a valuable time saver for all parties.

  18. Ability to fulfill orders via FBA EU (FR,DE,SP,IT) same way as by FBA UK

    In UK, we have our Shopify orders fulfilled directly through FBA.

    As we're expanding in Europe, it would make our lives infinitely easier if we could replicate that functionality with FBA FR and FBA DE - which is not possible at the moment.

    Truegether is like Bonanza in that it syncs with eBay and Amazon and pushes products to google. I sell a few items a week from here. I know its not a lot but get tired of copy and paste to do shipping

  20. Etsy gift wrap/gift message integration

    Etsy is getting ready to integrate gift wrapping and gift messages into their sales platform. I'm hoping there will be an alert for each order containing this information within ShipStation once it goes into effect. Gift messages are going to be made available to all orders at no charge, so every Etsy seller will have to deal with them whether they want to or not, and I am concerned I'll get a gift message request and not know about it.

    Ideally, I would also like to see a way to print ONLY gift message packing slips and not every packing…
