  1. Allow for the reordering of my custom packages so they appear in a better order in the pulldown

    Allow for the custom packages we enter in to be reordered in the setup page on the website so that when you go to use the pulldown menu they are In a an order that aids the workflow. Right now if you add a box in and then another poly mailer to your shop later, it simply orders them in the order that you entered them. To change this, you need to delete the items and retype everything.

  2. Make Fulfillment Order ID's Visible

    When creating a fulfillment order, it would be very helpful if the order id of the associated fulfillment order was made available.
    At the moment, there is no way to tie the underlying SS order to the FBA order that was created to fulfill it.
    It would make life much easier if there was a way.

  3. Option for Not On The High Street orders to bypass Awaiting Payment section

    Currently new orders from Not On The High Street appear in the Awaiting Payment section and they are suppose to move to the Awaiting Shipment section once accepted on the NOTHS site. This is confusing in itself as they have actually been paid for.

    In practice this is not working and on busier days when we are accepting lots of orders on the NOTHS site some do not transfer on Shipstation as they should and we have to manually mark them as paid which takes a long time. It would be great to have the option to allow orders only…

  4. Add or remove signature confirmation options

    We ship firearm parts and most orders are needed to ship with direct signature. We NEVER use indirect signature, and would love to remove this option from being able to be selected. It inadvertently gets selected when trying to quickly ship things out and loose chargebacks because the person says it wasn't them that signed for it.

  5. Ship in full indicator

    I would like to see a simple column in the Orders grid to indicate if an order can ship in full or not.

    For example, the simple column could be "Full" or "Full Shipment" and then, if the order can ship in full it has a green light, yellow means that it can only ship some of the items, and red means that it can't ship any of the items.

    This is all based upon inventory in stock. I have seen that exact system in other warehouse management systems and it works well. It's easy and fast to see which…

  7. Saved search settings in Advanced Order Search

    We used advanced search print our daily orders and filter out orders using order tags for fraud, or customer address correction, or backorders, or packing slip already printed, etc. It would be great to be able to save the criteria rather than selecting all those tags manually, many times per day.

  8. Payment Method Stated in Order Summery

    Using BigCommerce, there are 2 payment methods. Credit Card(Powered by Braintree) and/or Paypal. I need to what method was used for Quickbooks. The payment method should be included in the order summery.

  9. exchanges

    Right now if we use an existing order to process an exchange, the new ship date (the date the new exchanged item is sent) is sent to the marketplace and a marketplace will think that the original order was shipped very late.

    Currently, If we have an exchange for a customer, we have to manually create a new order so the exchange does not get reported to the market place as shipping late. It would be great to have an exchange button that would allow to reship an exchanged item without reporting a new ship date to the marketplace. The…

  10. automate third party billing on split shipments

    I have my orders automatically billing to third party, but every time I create a split shipment (which I do a lot), I must manually enter my third party billing account number. Please add an automation rule to apply the third party billing to split shipments.

  11. Custom Colors for Label Page of Return Process

    Give users the ability to edit the color scheme on the second step of the return portal (where a label has been created). Right now it defaults to the shipstation green.

    Going above and beyond would allow users to also change the icons for each step.

  12. Scan to verify multiple, duplicate line items

    If multiple lines on an order contain the same SKU or UPC, the scan to verify function becomes useless. For example, I have attached a screenshot of an order that contains the same item multiple times, I receive an error message after only verifying 1 of the items. It would be great if this functionality was enabled.

  14. set refresh date back ourselves (API and ODBC stores)

    Every day or two an order gets missed from our ERP system and never gets imported into Shipstation. When this happens we have to contact support and ask that they do a refresh for us (not the manual one on the top of the screen) and set the refresh date back to reimport the order.

    This takes time, stops our work in out tracks and really hurts our productivity. Having an option (maybe buried deeper in the settings) for a "hard refresh" or "back in time refresh" to do a one time refresh for any orders that were skipped for…

    Have a real address book that can be accessed each time an address is added instead of adding one and taking another one out. very frustration to have to type addresses you use often

    I love shipstation, however its the ONLY software platform out there that is lacking one MAJOR feature of being able to adjust which orders are caught.

    In settings you need to add ability to go back to X-date or X-order number and refresh.

    if an order is left OPEN and then changed to Processed as example or a failed order etc. After a payment resolution or fix on the order and the status is then changed within your cart, shipstation will not catch the order. you then have to wait for 1hr or more for a Shipstation rep to manually…

  17. Sub-Total & Total not properly populated on a manual CSV import

    When doing manual CSV import, we've been told by TechSupport that the Order Total is actually a sum of the cost of all the products in the order.

    Its not reflective of the Order Total value that might appear in the CSV file when NO products are being imported.
    It would be nice to have that also available in ShipStation.
    If Sub-Total/Total is available (ie not zero) it should be taken as such.

    A "Clear All" function on the Awaiting Shipments page would be highly beneficial for scenarios where the wrong orders file is imported, but the shipments should not be cancelled.

  19. New SFP for Amazon - Tag with DELIVERY BY Date

    Now that Amazon is cracking down on their 1/2 day delivery requirements, I would love to see an automation tag for orders that have specific deliver by dates. For example. An order that is required to be delivered on Sat/Sun, having a tag appear so that the shipping department can apply the correct shipping carrier. This way, they don't have to open up EVERY SINGLE order and see when the deliver by date is.

  20. 3rd Party Insurance Providers

    At the moment, we can only insure our packages via carrier of our choice (FedEx and UPS) or Shipsurance. But unfortunately even with discounted rates from Shipsurance, prices are still too high and we like to be able to connect a different Insurance provider (3rd party)
    This will save us lots of money and allow us to use a familiar and trusted service provider.
