I am requesting ShipStation to be able to receive tracking numbers from Amazon when an order is updated to shipped by Amazon.

Can you please add "Postal Code/Zip Code" as one of the columns that can be added to the Orders view? This will help when exporting a batch of orders as a CSV spreadsheet.

Filter drop down be added to the Batch column
Hi! The ONLY column within the Awaiting Shipment tab that doesn't have a filter drop down is the Batch field.
We use the batch field to remove items ie: valentines 2021 presale leggings from customer orders and batch them for arrival in the future like a backorder.
However once we complete the batch, we cannot click to funnel ONLY that batch in our view on the main order screen because this is the only column without a funnel button. It wouldn't be an issue if under Open Batches when I clicked select all I could take action like "place on…

WooCommerce Refunded Orders Should Not Ship
Very happy with ShipStation for a couple years now, but discovered an issue the hard way this week...
If a customer orders in WooCommerce, then calls to cancel the order before it ships, we refund the order in WooCommerce.
If the order has already gone to fulfillment, it is possible the refunded order will be packed and then accidentally shipped in ShipStation.
This week we shipped a $1000 order the day after the refund was processed and there was no flagging in ShipStation. The Refunded Order appeared in ShipStation exactly the same way as an order with Processing status.

Fix the scan to verify
Please fix the scan to verify feature. It's been a year since it has stopped working. I just had an email regarding voting of this feature has been closed with the reason of being completed and says it works with sku's and UPCs but it still doesn't.

Customs Declarations values should be taken from the current order, not shipstation products (or at least there should be an option)
When we have SALES in our woocommerce store, we are using dynamic pricing plugin for changing the prices of items. We also have different memberships for customers with different discounts for each.
When new order is made and imported to shipstation, the prices on items are correct, eg item full price is $10, sale price is $5, so in order details on shipstation it shows $5 per item.
Hovewer, if you scroll down, in Customs Declarations section the values used are being taken from Shipstation products, therefore it's a full price ($10 per item) even though customer paid $5.

Fix Timezone Issue
Australian time zone does not actually work correctly.
It calculates the "hours" since the order was placed in Shopify correctly, but even though Sydney Australia Time Zone is selected it shows the actual order date completely wrong. It is about 18-24 hours behind so always shows the previous date as the order date which isn't correct.

A way to manage multiple sites
We have 2 shipping locations - we need a way to be able to login with 2 different usernames (based on the location we are in) and the "ship from" and "bill to" fields automatically set correctly based on the username. Seems like an elementary thing to have multi-site support so that we don't have to make manual changes every time we want to ship from a different location.

Autopopulate SKUs after 2 characters
When creating a new manual order, SKUs only auto-populate after 3 characters. But ShipStation allows you to create SKUs that are only 2 characters long, so those SKUs will never auto-populate. Please fix this.

Shopify Customer Notes IMPORT ERROR - PLEASE FIX asap!
When you use more than one languages in your store, Shipstation automatically adds the following line on the Customers Order Notes:

( where "ru" the current language )
It seems that the Shipstation API imports the Additional Details field inside the Customer Notes.
Please fix. All orders now coming with a message so we have to search each and every note for potential real customer notes rather than the language text.

Copy "Note from Buyer" to "Note to Buyer"
Looking to copy text in"Note from Buyer" iver to "Note to Buyer" based on contents. Shopify puts gift notes, App notes, and duty/tax info all in "Notes from Buyer". We would like to create an automation rule that analyzes the content and copies it over to the "Note to Buyer" or "Internal Notes" fields. Currently you can only add static notes based on this content, but we need to copy over specific information (ie: gift notes).

Saved search settings in Advanced Order Search
We used advanced search print our daily orders and filter out orders using order tags for fraud, or customer address correction, or backorders, or packing slip already printed, etc. It would be great to be able to save the criteria rather than selecting all those tags manually, many times per day.

payment method

Hello, We are looking for a way to create another "folder" for our items that are on backorder. As of now they are sitting in our holds "folder" and it is getting to be very confusing in that "folder". We need a way to organize the holds area. Thank you.
