Fire webhook when order is cancelled
Currently there is no way to be alerted if an order is marked as Cancelled in ShipStation. This makes it difficult to keep data in sync with an external system. A webhook should be fired when an order is Cancelled.

names of notes
It would be great to change the names of the notes sections so they better apply to our company.
IE: We would want it to say "Office Staff" instead of "To Buyer" and to say "Greenhouse" instead of "Internal".
According to help chat, these are not changeable but maybe something could be done for that in the future.1 vote -
subscription
We offer prepaid subscriptions. currently we need to find each order and manually add labels each month for the duration of the subscription. there is a lot of human error possible. Adding a function to manage these subscriptions or populate labels for the duration of the prepaid subscription period would be ideal.

add 'remove hold' button inside order sheet
there is only 1 way to remove a hold and that's on the list view in the 'hold' list
It would be useful if there was a button on the order screen itself to remove the hold

Add Shop To Line 1 to the list of available datafields for the Orders grid
It would help us Greatly if we could have the Line 1 Ship To address available to us for the Orders Grid. We have been seeing a number of orders come through where our Customer(s) put an email address as their Ship To address. Displaying the Line 1 in the Orders Grid would give greater visibility and allow us more changes to catch these occurrences before printing labels and shipping out the orders.

Sort by "Company" in Shipping section
It's been years. Yes, I have been waiting for a very simple fix for YEARS! Can you please allow sorting by "company" in the shipping section? It's the only field that cannot be sorted. Seems extremely stupid not to have it if you are serious about B2B.

New Customer Tag for easy batching
Being able to identify a new customer while shipping would be very important for us as we try to include a special welcome pack to brand new customers with their first order.
Currently no easy way for this to happen. A simple tag for "First Order" would be awesome.

Request more frequent auto-update of orders
Allow settings to request more frequent auto-update of orders. For some reason my 3pl does not click on the refresh button therefore some orders are not brought into the queue. I was told that an algorithm currently determines when the system auto-updates with new orders. It would be nice if the minimum update time was more frequent (1hr) and/or it was a setting within our control.

Side-by-side comparison when address is changed during validation
Can we be shown a side-by-side comparison of what was originally input and what validation will do when an address is being changed during validation?

add deliverytimes to grid or reports
it would be helpful to see delivery times in either the grid or in a report.
so I can know in advance if I should choose a different service because the delivery time is longer than expected.
you'd be surprised sometimes within the same state delivery times can be different.6 votes -
order number
It would be really great if the "order number" field actually did a numeric sort instead of a text string sort... in fact, this seems more like a bug to me, but your customer support told me to file it as a feature request.
When I sort by "order number" descending I get "9xxx" before "19xxx" because 9 is larger than 1, since it's not doing a numeric sort.
This bug makes sorting by order numbers worthless if you ever cross a boundary where another digit is added.

Ship By Date on Import WooCommerce
We use the Order Delivery WooCommerce plugin to manage our Mon-Wed shipping schedule as well as allow customers to choose shipping dates in the future since many purchases are gifts. I would love to see the "Ship Date" in WooCommerce import into Shipstation as the "Ship By" date. This would save us a lot of time and headache.

Import bundle products from WooCommerce
Currently you are importing the contents of bundled products in the description field.
We REALLY need you to import those as actual products so we can use automations.

Customers email address + phone number on customs declaration with DHL
We get many requests from DHL asking for customers contact information around customs declaration.
It would be good to include customer contact information (mobile + email) on the customs declaration to streamline communications with customer and DHL.

Filter shipments by "unknown" delivery status
Need to add the ability to filter shipments by delivery status. While there are InTransit, Delivered and Delivery Exception currently, there is no way to find shipments that have been created but no tracking update by the carrier.

Split Shipments: Preserve Custom Fields from Original
We make frequent split shipments, but in the child shipments the custom fields are not preserved. We use some of these custom fields for printing on our packing slips. Please find a way to preserve and replicate the custom fields to the split shipments.
