  1. Fix Timezone Issue

    Australian time zone does not actually work correctly.

    It calculates the "hours" since the order was placed in Shopify correctly, but even though Sydney Australia Time Zone is selected it shows the actual order date completely wrong. It is about 18-24 hours behind so always shows the previous date as the order date which isn't correct.

  2. Walmart "Purchase Order Number" Importing

    During our busiest seasons, order consolidating is essential. With the large variety of numbers swirling around the eCommerce industry, identifying the most essential numbers is KEY! Creating a feature that can retrieve the Purchase Order Number from Walmart's Order Management would be an incredibly helpful tool.

  3. multiple tracking numbers

    it would be very beneficial if multiple tracking numbers on a single PO could be sent to our EDI connection. I have to stop using an AS2 connection with a distributor because of this.

  4. Additional fields (reference fields, po, etc) on multipackage shipments (Package Set)

    Right now the only way to identify labels on multipackage shipments is by weight and dimension. Let us have access to edit the reference fields on the labels when creating 'Package Sets'.

  5. Filtering via Tag IDs in Zapier

    We trigger customer communication via Zapier using tags on ShipStation orders. Currently, ShipStation users create tags with a name (i.e., "New product"). Zapier can filter by tag IDs, which pull in a numerical value that has been assigned to the tag in ShipStation behind the scenes. Since I can't access the numerical value of tag IDs in ShipStation, I can't set up my Zapier properly! Please either let a ShipStation user see what the numerical tag ID is behind every tag we create in our account, OR send Zapier the name of the tag as we set it for that…

  8. We need to be able to restore shipped orders in V2

    Our workflow requires us to restore shipped orders into awaiting shipment mode daily. In V1 that is very simple by simply clicking restore order however in V2 that options is not available.

    Please work on adding that future.

  9. Import Orders with Customs Declaration

    Hello it would be useful for us to be able to import customs declaration information when we import orders from a csv file. When the downloaded the blank template there doesn't seem to be an option for this and we end up having to input manually all the item type, country of origin, harmonization codes etc. We import a lot of orders to be shipped to Canada and this would be very useful.

  10. FORCE UPS shipment to RESIDENTIAL

    I ship to a lot of apartment complexes, USPS may categorize them as commercial, however UPS does not. As a result the incorrect rate is always charged and then later on my bill I incur correction charges, and if you have enough of those you will also receive an excessive correction charge from UPS. It gets VERY expensive for obvious reasons. 1 - I didn't charge enough for freight 2 - I am spend a lot of time with UPS billing 3 - Paying penalties - PLEASE look into this hopefully simple fix?   12. Ability to add the "Packing Slip Printed" column to the "Orders" page

    There was a previous idea for this (http://feedback.shipstation.com/forums/330429-product-feedback-fresh-ideas/suggestions/41372872-add-packing-slip-printed-column-to-orders-sectio) which was marked completed but the capability is not there.

    While you do give the ability to show a "Packing Slip Printed" column in the "Shipped" page, the column is not listed on the "Orders" page. Please make this column available for the "Orders" page as well.

    Add a Order Print choice of by Ship to, and not Buyer. We use Shipstation to print labels for a subscription service, that is often times given as a gift. The Buyer and the Name on the address are often different, and require a note. It would be nice if the shipping labels printed in the same order that our notes print out.

    Being able to enter the "scan to verify" mode directly from an order, instead of needing to switch to the "scan" tab would make using "scan to verify" much more efficient as an order picking tool.

    I need to be able to have orders go to pending fulfillment so that the warehouse knows what has been packaged or not. Right now it's confusing because as soon as a label is created, it's marked as shipped. It makes no sense that there is no step in between so that there is a differentiator between a package that is picked and awaiting pick-up and simply has a generated shipping label.

  17. Custom fields being imported if declared as a Date then we can filter them

    The option to import custom fields from our selling channel is a very useful feature. However with the option to declare the custom as date we can import the orders with the custom fields according to the business needs.

    This would mean we can filter orders based on the imported custom field and have thing more organized.

  19. Add order information via API after order is marked as shipped

    For some operations, it would be helpful to be able to provide updates via API to orders. Currently, orders marked as 'shipped' are unable to be updated via API.

    For some warehousing and after-sales fullfillment services, being able to update "internal notes" or "custom field" fields would be helpful. Currently this can only be done manually.

    For example after a customer orders and the product is shipped, it would be useful to input the serial number of the product that was ultimately shipped, which is only learned after the shipping label has been applied.

    Allow orders with multi-box needs to be updated in a bulk manner. We process 100s of orders daily with the same SKU and that SKU needs 2 boxes to be shipped. We currently need to touch each order separately to choose the multi box configuration. One bulk update on all orders in this situation would save hours of processing!
