    We'd like to be able to scan outgoing products and associate them to their orders as they are being shipped out.

  2. 60 day Order Activity Deletion

    Why would you have all order activity & history delete upon 60 days automatically? This is information that should stay indefinitely with any order that is created. Your agent replied that "If we did not delete history after a certain amount of time, that would be an exceedingly large amount of data to store." which may be true, but its one reason why we are paying for your software & service. Besides cutting-cost on your end financially, there is absolutely no benefit to any users by doing this. Please allow Order Activity to be retained indefinitely on any order. If…

    Hi Caleb!

    An order’s record itself can never be deleted. It can be inactivated, but an order cannot be deleted. No order entry will be permanently wiped from the system. However, the system is working as intended that the order activity is removed after roughly 2 months.

    And to help us understand your workflow, how frequently are you going into orders that are older than 2 months old to check the activity? And is this under situations such as a wrong delivery address or when trying to see who on your team shipped a package, etc. that you go back to view these older orders’ activity?

  3. Returns without Return Labels

    It should be possible for us to generate an RMA number without a return label. In cases where it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping (Changed Mind, Ordered Wrong Product, etc) we still need to track the return for refunding.

  4. Display the Master SKU for alias SKUs

    I would like the Master SKU to be displayed by default on the orders page for all of the alias SKUs connected to that SKU.

    Combined Shipping need a button for Undo combined shipping that will reverse the process back to the original order # and keeps the original shipping details and order.

  6. Combine the Preset Group Customs Declaration Descriptions 5 lines

    Combine the Preset Group Customs Declaration Descriptions

    Currently the only way that customs descriptions get combined is if you edit each product. So I would like to see our Preset Groups declarations combined on the customs forms.

    As it sits with preset groups customs, you will get the same preset group name over and over with a qty of 1. Instead of combining the descriptions and quantity.

    Hey @Tactical Keychains, thank you for bringing this up. I saw a couple of your other comments regarding this, too, and hope we can identify a business challenge that users will agree with so our product team can move forward with a solution that addresses this challenge.

    It sounds like you’re interested in a quick way to combine customs declaration lines to fit within the 5 line limit imposed by some of our carriers, is that right? How often would you say you run into these types of orders vs orders within the limit?

  7. Combine matching walmart products automatically

    It would be great if you can combine matching Walmart products automatically as right now if a customer orders more than 1 quantity of a product ship station imports them as a separate line item for each quantity.

  8. ChannelAdvisor Ship by & Delivery By Date

    We use ChannelAdvisor. I would like to have the Amazon Ship By and Delivery By date shown in the order. This will help us to be able to chose the right shipping carrier and method to get the order to the customer in time. Right now, those two fields have no way to be mapped in ShipStation but ChannelAdvisor does provide those fields.

  9. Show all rates when using the CALC button

    when the user presses the CALC button to get rates for all carriers, it would be great to be able to see all the rates, for all carriers on one screen - sorted lowest to highest. thus eliminating the need to look at each carrier and make a decision

  11. updating inventory via barcode scan

    Since we now use the Shipstation inventory feature, it would be great to be able to barcode scan inventory into the Shipstation system. It just makes sense if we are using barcode scanning to locate orders, etc that we would be able to scan a products barcode, enter the received amount and it would update the Shipstation system.

    We are a small but growing company and prefer to keep as much as we can in one native system which also keeps overall costs a lower for us. We are happy to pay a bit more to Shipstation for these solutions.

  12. Need to see actual items not the word (Multiple items)

    Currently, I have 4041 orders to fill today. http://screencast.com/t/c8NxtCNt My staff is each assigned an item or group of items to fill that day. Your system doesnt show what items are in the order unless you click on the order. For 4,000 orders a day this is a very slow process. I need it changed to indicate the actual items. I will pay you to address this issue.

    Hi, @Gordon! Thank you for taking the time to bring this up! We’ll record this feedback and keep it in mind when we’re designing features. For now, we’d like to see your idea gain support from other users before moving forward to help gauge interest while we research this independently.

    In the meantime, can you go into more detail about how you assign orders? Do you assign your staff members according to “orders ONLY with Product A” and then “orders with products A, B, C bought together”—or is your process more independent where two staff members will never touch the same product?

    60% of our orders require more than one box and therefore have to be manually fulfilled.
    Fedex support multi package shipping so please add this to the UK integration.

  14. Sorting multi SKU orders

    It would be great to be able to sort orders by the Item Sku or Item Name column when there are multiple items in an order. Today there is no real sorting of those b/c it sorts on "Multiple Items" instead of the actual skus. In a perfect world, you could concatenate the SKUs alphabetically and sort on that. This would allow us to print large batches of similar orders together.

    We send many orders that have 2 skus in each order. One is a Welcome Pack and the other is one of 10-20 different SKUs. If we could sort…

  15. Hot link directly to Shipstation Order

    Right now, we need to look up an order in a custom order management system, then look it up in Shipstation. I'd like to create a workflow where we can look up the order in the first system, then just click a link to go directly to the order page in Shipstation. So basically, I'd like to link directly to a Shipstation order page.

    However, each order page loads in a modal window so orders aren't given a direct URL. I'd like to simply have a shipsation URL where I can pass in an order id and have that page…

  16. Make shipping cost from more than one carrier be seen simultaneously.

    Please consider making at least two shipping carriers rates be seen at the one a single screen so it isn't necessary to toggle between carriers to compare their costs.
    A good example of how this works is how Amazon does it. They show a "laundry list" of the available carriers all at the same time which makes selecting the best carrier to fit the need very easy and simple.

  17. Create Automation Rules for Multiple Packages

    If an order exceeds a certain weight, I'd like for there to be an automation rule that separates the shipment into multiple packages. We are a coffee company that doesn't ship anything over 40 pounds, but we regularly get orders over 40 pounds, so it would be great when we get an order like that for an automation rule to separate the order into multiple packages.

  18. Split Orders Status Change

    Hey, We would like a way for ShipStation to auto change the status of a split order. Right now it will change the status of the orders that are shipped but if the order is split it stays as processing. It dose send a note to WooCommerces with the products that were shipped and the tracking number but it keeps the order status as processing. If it could change the order status to Split Order that would be great. That way when we are going threw the orders on WooCommerces we don't have to open them to find out why…

  19. Missing Address Line 3

    The address line 3 field has been removed. Why? Many times a marketplace sends over a long address from an international customer on the address line 1 and 2 fields. We many times have to edit this address and move part of it down to the address line 3 field or the company name field. Sometimes we have to use both lines.

    There is now now way to add the address line 3 in manually when it is needed. I am not sure if this change was not well thought out, but it is causing problems for some of our…

  20. Tracking number live notifications; Collaborate with online marketplace delivery windows

    If there was some interface where we could see what shipped orders need our attention, this would help with a number of things. It looks like the back end coding for this already exists since we could see an icon next to the tracking number assigned to the given order (question mark, exclamation point, airplane icon, check mark.)

    It would be nice if ShipStation sifted out and separated these shipments that need our attention on a separate tab based on the tracking numbers updates. Let me explain some situations:
