  1. Partially return order from shopify should sync

    I can partically cancel the order but it does not sync with the Shopify.
    I know if you cancelled from the shopify it will sync but I can not partially cancel the order. You have to return partially.
    But here is the thing return order data does not update to the Ship staion. There is always manual job to match the data.

    Please sync return order data.

  2. Automation Rules for Sending Emails to Customer Service After Order is Tagged

    I was having difficulty setting up an automation rule to send customer service an email after an order has been tagged 'out of stock'. The reason I was advised this does not work is that Automation Rules involving sending emails will only do so at the time of import. So if the tag is being applied after the order is imported into ShipStation, it will not send the email. This would greatly streamline many sellers workflow with different order tags triggering customer service tickets for better tracking of issues.

  3. adding a current inventory column on the orders tab

    would love to see an added column on the orders tab to show current inventory stock. also if you have a connected WMS app thats pushing your inventory to shipstation

  4. API error notification

    If an order fails to import into ShipStation via the API we would like to receive a report or notification showing what order number(s) failed.

  5. link to shopify order

    I would like shopify orders in shipstation to link back to the shopify order on the admin backend. "Clicking the Order number"

    This feature works for Ebay already. (see attached files)

    Please make it work for Shopify.

  6. filter

    Be able to filter duplicate orders by the same name or address instead of searching each person individually.

    For instance go to awaiting shipment page then filter duplicate orders and showing all orders with the same name that are awaiting shipment in order to avoid dual shipping two separate orders to one customer and allowing it to be caught and combined into one shipment.

  7. Order Confirmation

    PRE Ship Item Confirmation-
    Currently, All orders are awaiting shipment, Work is done prior to shipping, then the order is shipped.It would be nice to have a ready to ship and or other statuses. For example, The quantity listed is the order quantity. If there was another Column Items "ready to ship" or "confirmed qty's" you would type those qty's there. Then when you clicked ready to ship, the order would split. One would be the shipment the other, original would now be a back order. The column "ready to ship, would show shipped and the date.   8. Return Delivery Notification

    prAna sends an email out when a return has been delivered to one of their facilities. It answers a ton of customer service questions that will save us from a lot of phone calls. It also gives a status to the order so the customer can expect when to get their refund. I hope that ShipStation will implement this feature.

  9. add service mappings to manual orders created in ShipStation.

    So when I create a manual order in SS, I can not select a shipping service. So when sending to the warehouse they have no idea about what provider to use and they just pick one. Can you give us the option to select a shipping service?
    Also, keep in mind that we not always can use your pre-loaded providers - for example, we ship with a 9 state company called SpeeDee, so we have to have the option to select a custom service name like SpeeDee.

  10. Automate pick up instructio

    Allow users to set default pickup instructions + pick up location (mail room, office etc) so that we don't need to always re write the same two lines.

  11. Automation rules - Add "Email Address" to list of criteria.

    Certain types of fraudulent orders seem to use specific email domains. Being able to use the automated tagging system to flag specific email addresses or domains would help create an early detection system for certain flavors of fraud.

  12. Sort items that have not been returned, but have been delivered.

    We send out items with prepaid return labels that the customer MUST send back. There is no way to filter orders by those who have received their order, but have not sent it back.

    Every order, even if it has not been sent, gets a return label.

  13. Use PayPal to pay for USPS shipping vs Credit Card.

    I have funds sitting in PayPal from client purchases. I'd like to be able to use those to pay for the shipping labels vs paying with my credit card and needing to reconcile the two against one another later. It avoids the additional step.

    The Problem: The Age column is very useful however... Currently, if a marketplace doesn't supply a time for when an order was paid, the orders do not age. For example, our marketplace (Clickfunnels) charges at the moment the order is placed, and then charges separately for upsells, and then bundles the items and sends them to Shipstation, so the payment times are all different for the different products. Also, what about free orders that do not require a payment?

    The Idea: Perhaps there could be an optional setting in Shipstation for order "age" in which the order begins to age…

  15. Add "Paste US Address" as a default option when entering manual orders.

    ShipStation recently removed this as a default option and when entering a ton of manual US orders it adds a new step to the process, which cna be time consuming when entering a lot of orders. Let the user decide during setup which country they prefer as a default.

  16. Manual Shipments - Update Marketplace

    After marking an order as shipped, it is not possible to update the marketplace if you forget to select the notify marketplace box during the process. It would be good to be able to update marketplace after an order is shipped and/or make the Notify Marketplace box mandatory with a setting.

  17. Add Multiple Items Warehouse Location View from Orders

    Currently when an Multiple Items order is imported into shipstation that has a Warehouse Location set up it only shows as (Multiple Items) in the Awaiting Shipment Orders view.
    Our pickers/packers go off by the Warehouse Location every morning and pick all of our items however when there is an Multiple order they get stuck because it does not show the specific Warehouse Location.
    It would be extremely beneficial if ship-station implements a way for our packers to see where each item is located from the Orders view when there is a Multiple Items order.

  18. Calculate rates for multiple orders (that are selected) and automatically select the cheapest Service or each order selected

    Hello,

    We have found that one of the largest time sinks and easily the most tedious job in our shipping process is selecting the cheapest Service (e.g. Fedex , UPS, USPS) for multiple orders.

    CURRENT WORKFLOW
    For example, say we have 1000 Amazon Prime Orders. Currently we need to click the "Calc" button on each individual order, then in the "Rate Calculator" dialog box, in the 'Amazon Fulfillment' tab, I click on the cheapest service available for a given order.

    ISSUE
    This causes US to calculate the cheapest rate available for 1000 orders - individually - which could take hours...

  19. Could we have a hotkey for opening the scan to print feature?

    We find ourselves wanting to get back to the scan to print window quickly after having to go out into the regular mode and would really like to just be able to hit x or p or some hotkey to get the window back.

  20. Hot link directly to Shipstation Order

    Right now, we need to look up an order in a custom order management system, then look it up in Shipstation. I'd like to create a workflow where we can look up the order in the first system, then just click a link to go directly to the order page in Shipstation. So basically, I'd like to link directly to a Shipstation order page.

    However, each order page loads in a modal window so orders aren't given a direct URL. I'd like to simply have a shipsation URL where I can pass in an order id and have that page…
