  1. "on hold" processing time - more variations than 1 day only.

    At this time, 1 day is the shortest amount of time to hold an order in ShipStation's system. I definitely see how being able to do it in hours would help workflow. In my specific case holding orders for 2 hours would allow for my other warehouse to add order notes before being imported into shipstation and filtered.

  2. Make Third Party billing possible on manual orders and return labels.

    This is basically all we need to use Shipstation without going to Sellercloud.

    This should be easy enough but it is not even a feature yet. Please add that.

  3. Sort by "last name"

    I have multiple stores being imported into Shipstation and some customers order from them all. I need to sort by Last Name so I can easily see what orders need combined shipping. Sorting by first name isn't as reliable since people have nicknames.

  4. Printing (Multiple Items) Orders by Tag

    We Need a solution for Printing (Multiple Items) Orders by Tag. We are trying to print by Warehouse Location and break up these locations into zones. We then sort the zone by warehouse location so the picker can go pick the items on pick list in order of location.

    This works great. The Problem is with (multiple items). We need to be able to sort these in some kind of fashion. We would like to be able to print where the Multiple Item orders only include zone 1 tag so only orders that contain multiple zone 1 products are shown…

  6. Write to "Customer" notes field via automation rules

    Seems like a basic oversight that you can write to pretty much any notes field via automation rules, but not "Customer" field.

    Hi, thank you for sharing this! That field is primarily for notes from a customer to you, the merchant. What kind of information are you looking to add to your orders automatically?

    Custom fields 1, 2, and 3 might be a viable option as they can be used in many other places throughout ShipStation.

  7. "Write To" option on Automated Notes instead of automatically overriding

    We import order notes from Magento into "Internal Notes." Based on certain triggers (e.g. store pickup, expedited shipping options, etc.) we have an automation rule that adds a piece of text. Currently, SS automatically overwrites what's in the field instead of appending to top or bottom. Major limitation for shipping high value items and shipping to all countries where a variety of shipping use cases need to be communicated from sales/support teams to operations/shipping.

  8. Allow for MULTIPLE Bulk Actions to be selected[ at once

    Currently, only 1 change can be made at a time for an order or group of orders. I would love to be able to select multiple actions at once then apply them all to an order or group of orders.

  9. parcel redirect

    UPS has an option for "Direct Delivery" only meaning a shipping address can't be changed while in shipment. It's similar to an option like "Signature Required." I recommend this feature be added

    There is only ONE indication in ShipStation that an order notified the marketplace of fulfilment and it's a whether a shopping cart icon is RED or GREEN. Really? Ever heard of red green colorblind?

    Hi Justin, thanks for sharing this feedback. We’re reviewing notification email statuses and are working on improving this to not solely rely on colors. We’ll update you when we have more information.

    A quick update: You can filter the Shipments page by notifications with and without warnings. You’ll find this where the blue filter links live (right above the shipment list / columns and headers). This is to the right of the “ship date” filter.

  12. Remember sort order for batches

    Would like to set a default sort order for batches. I like to alphabetize by recipient but everytime I leave the batch view it forgets how it was last alphabetized.

  13. Edit Customer Info Directly From ShipStation

    Currently, when you want to edit a customers information in shipstation, you must create a document, import the document, select edit customer, and then the information will be edited. It would be extremely beneficial for shipstation to have an "edit" button for the customers information to be directly edited from the app. This would allow users to go directly to the customer that needs updating, hit edit, and type the information directly into shipstation.     After I create a label using the rate calculator it would be EXTREMELY helpful if it allowed you to copy and past the tracking number from the same screen. I almost always have to reload into shipments and search for the tracking number of the label I just created, and sometimes I'm making several in a row and keep going back and forth.

  15. I really need a reliable way to find where the shipment is once it leaves or even just a flag for delivered=true/false

    It would be very helpful to stay on top of my orders if I had a reliable way to find where the shipment is once it leaves my warehouse or even just a flag for delivered=true/false in the API so I know somethings wrong if its delivered=false after so many days.

  16. Prevent Automatic Invoice creation for multiple items in an order.

    When invoicing orders, sometimes we invoice items in the orders separately for various reasons (sometimes we don't have an item in stock, an item needs to be held and invoiced later, the items are coming from different stores, etc.); however, when we invoice just one item, the other item is automatically invoiced thorugh ShipStation. Second invoice clearly mentioned in comment that this was Issued By Auctane ShipStation. We've installed this module https://marketplace.magento.com/auctane-shipstation.html.

  17. Multi Package Shipping for DPD

    The vast majority of our orders require more than one box and therefore have to be manually fulfilled.
    DPD support multi package shipping so please add this to the UK integration

  18. Discounts/Coupons Imported As Line Items

    We use ShipStation's line item export feature and it would be nice if Shipstation didn't assign Discounts/Coupons as line items. We're always running promotions and having to delete a extra line for hundreds of orders is time consuming.

    Please stop assigning Discounts/Coupons as line items and put them in a place that makes more sense, like order details, order summary, or better yet "Discounts & Coupons".

    we run a factory and are constantly downloading orders for our production plan into google sheets. we can use an automated zap via Zapier with the shipstation API to pull orders into Google Sheets, but would be great if Shipstation provided a tool to do this directly, or provided a gui to view raw order data we could use for our production schedule. many smaller maker type businesses also need this tool (etsy, etc), too.

  20. Remove shipping costs from orders for specific users

    It is possible to create a permission/restriction for certain users so that they cannot see the shipping costs attached to an order?

    I want to use shipstation to create unique username for my clients so that they can track where we are at with fulfillment on specific orders with respect to their customer service reaquests.

    I do not want them to see my costs associated with shipping the order.
