    We offer a coupon code for people who live nearby and want to pick up their order instead of having us ship it. However, I cannot find a way to easily tag an order that has a particular coupon code with it. This would be a really helpful feature for us!

  2. Mark as shipped only after it's scanned into the system

    Mark as shipped only after it's scanned into the system. Need an intermediate status of "Label Printed". We get hundreds of orders each day and have the labels printed immediately. It is not easy to figure out which ones have actually been shipped and which ones just have the label printed.

  4. Shopify Payment Method

    I need to create an automating rules base on the customer payment method like CC or PayPal.

    I use Shopify and it seem that Shopify does send you the info it just that ShipStation do not save this information.

  5. Send Email Containing Order Details, Packing Slip & Ship Label to Supplier for Drop Ship

    We need to send suppliers an email containing a single (or multiple) order(s) details along with the packing slip and shipping label for drop shipping. A button on the Order's Detail pop-up window that says EMAIL TO would be helpful. It should contain a drop-down of the supplier and a check box to include the packing slip and/or the shipping label. This will save us time having to copy/paste the information from with ShipStation into a separate email message. Also the ability to CC to ourselves should be included.

  7. Calculate Total Package Dimensions Using Ordered Products

    A customer orders several products. Use the dimensions of each product to calculate the total cubic inches of the order. We can then use this information to choose the correct box size for those of us that use cubic shipping. Seems like that would be pretty simple to do!

  8. Add more ways to hold orders: For X hours, or for X day at specific hour

    Add more ways to hold orders

    Make it possible to hold orders for less then a day, say for 12 hours or for 0.5 days.

    Add option to hold order until X day at specific time. For example hold until tomorrow at 2pm.

  9. New Order / Manual Order features wanted - Ship From Warehouse, Tags, Internal Notes

    A majority of the time when I make manual orders I have to find the order by searching in SS so I can add specific information. The ability to 1) Choose a Ship From Location, 2) add a TAG and 3) add Internal Notes in the Manual Order screen would be very helpful.

    For some orders we have a timeframe of 5 business days until order is due to ship. It would be nice if I could specify business days for Ship By Date, instead regular 5 days.

  11. Allow for "And" or "Or" selection in Automation Rules setup

    when creating rules, sometimes we need multiple rules. The current method assumes "AND" between rules. For example, if we want to create a rule to put orders on hold where "Address Verified" = "Error" or "Warning" we have to create two separate rules as using both assumes an
    AND condition and the rule will not work because the order is not both Error and Warning status.

    So for this request, you would like to be able to have rule 1 be applied, then if rule one is applied, have rule 2 also apply to the order. But this would be contingent on rule 1 being applied first?

  12. 60 day Order Activity Deletion

    Why would you have all order activity & history delete upon 60 days automatically? This is information that should stay indefinitely with any order that is created. Your agent replied that "If we did not delete history after a certain amount of time, that would be an exceedingly large amount of data to store." which may be true, but its one reason why we are paying for your software & service. Besides cutting-cost on your end financially, there is absolutely no benefit to any users by doing this. Please allow Order Activity to be retained indefinitely on any order. If…

    Hi Caleb!

    An order’s record itself can never be deleted. It can be inactivated, but an order cannot be deleted. No order entry will be permanently wiped from the system. However, the system is working as intended that the order activity is removed after roughly 2 months.

    And to help us understand your workflow, how frequently are you going into orders that are older than 2 months old to check the activity? And is this under situations such as a wrong delivery address or when trying to see who on your team shipped a package, etc. that you go back to view these older orders’ activity?

  13. Drop-menu for multi-Package Shipments

    A lot of our shipments are multi-package shipments. So when we enter the screen to add packages, it asks us to enter the weight and dimensions of each package.

    You have solved the problem for multi-package products. However, if it is a long list of different products, we still need to enter the dimensions and weight of each package. As you cannot save a profile of an odd order with many different products.

    Can SS enable having more than one FBA account linked to a SS account? We ship products for multiple companies, each with their own FBA account, but can only link a single FBA account to our SS account.

  15. manual override setting needed for residential/commercial address type

    SS discovers the address type through verification. But if verification doesnt work (international or brand new domestic location for instance) then Fedex shipping will default to commercial. This causes problems because ISR is not a valid signature option for commercial delivery. Also residential delivery uses the Fedex Home service not Fedex Ground. These services have different rates, schedules, and delivery options. If you create a shipment on fedex.com there is a checkbox there to allow you to declare the address as residential. SS needs the same capability.

  16. If you can't go around pre-paid postage, how about creating a feature to automatically void a label if tracking isn't updated within X weeks

    So the idea of not having to do pre-paid return labels seems to be dead (it was posted almost 4.5 years ago).

    How about having ship station automatically void a label if the tracking hasn't updated in X weeks time? If I can void it manually, there should be no excuse why ship station can't have this feature to automatically void it for me for USPS service.

    Maybe even have it for UPS/Fedex as well?

  17. Lock packer to "Ship From" location

    We would like to lock packers via admin setting to a warehouse location so that packer will not have to constantly use a drop down menu on order detail page to choose his location.

    This feature should be beneficial to any SS user where there is more than 1 warehouse.

    I.e. David the packer is located in NY, so upon creation of his account by admin we will choose a default warehouse for David - Warehouse NY.

    Then anytime David will be logged into the system "Ship From" location will be preselected and locked for David.

  19. Ability to mark a single item as picked on a multiple item order

    The ability to mark an item as picked on a multiple item order would help us tremendously. The item marked as picked would not show up on the pick list.

    For example, when we have an order with item A, B and C at the beginning of the day. A, B and C will print on the pick list.     Each one of my products = (1) Package.

    I have several Package Sets simply saved as 1 Box, 2 Boxes, 5 Boxes, 10 Boxes, 25 Boxes, etc.

    If ShipStation could expose "Apply Package Set" to its list of available Bulk Actions, then you could sort your Shipping Queue by Quantity and configure multiple packages across multiple orders en masse.
