  1. Webhook for Package Delivery

    It would be great to have a webhook for when a package gets delivered. I know that shipstation can automatically send out an email when that's the case, but it would be great to notify our servers so we can make adjustments accordingly, send out push notifications, modify our app's UI etc.

  2. Show Shopify Line Item Properties in Custom Fields

    We use Line Item Properties to collect gift card messages for gifts sold through our website.

    We need a way in which to bulk export these from ShipStation using the custom fields.

    At the moment customs fields does not give the option to link/show the Line Item Properties from orders. Can this be added so data that Line Item Property data can be shown in custom fields?

    We also use Line Item Properties to collect dispatch dates for orders so would be ideal to be able to have custom fields pull line item properties data so we can also more…

  4. Allow addition of non-domestic shipping account for cross-border/line-haul shipments

    Please allow the addition of non-domestic shipping accounts wiithout requiring another Shipstation account. We truck shipments across the border from Canada to the US for hand-off to Fedex in the USA. These then ship on a 3rd party shipping account (domestic USA). Why not allow the addition of 3rd party international shipping accounts that can be associated with a US originating warehouse address?

  5. Accurately Update Split Orders

    When we have single orders fulfilled by multiple vendors, some offsite. When an order is being fulfilled onsite via shipstation and there's another vendor fulfilling an order that will be updated from shopify, shipstation never accurately updates the remaining part of the order. This causes us to have to go back through all the shipped orders and manually update shipstation to clear the queue.

  6. Multiple items in Shopify order NOT CORRECT

    When a customer changes their order in Shopify it still shows both items in the order even if one has been removed!!!!!!!!

    We have a feature that we are currently testing around this functionality. If you’d be interested in trying out this feature, we can enable it for you upon request. Please contact our support team and request we enable the Shopify Line Item Adjustments feature.

  7. Ability to manually change the Order #

    Our selling source is a custom build. There was a bug in importing from our selling source to shipstation, and the order #s and customers are 'offset' - ex: order 761 in shipstation has the item and recipient from order 762 in our selling source. this doesn't seem like a huge issue, but the end result is that tracking #s will be sent to the wrong client.

    I'd like the ability to manually change the order #s to correct for errors like this, and prevent future offsets.

  8. Get an account's API Key + API Secret Key via an API endpoint

    Hey! We're currently working on an app that calculates order based profits and one of the fields we're also taking into consideration is the shipping costs the owner of a store pays to have their items delivered to the customers. For that we're using ShipStation to get the costs via one of their API endpoints.

    However, if the concept gets approved and moves towards the public, we would like to have access to anyone who uses the app's API Key + API Secret Key in order to make calls to ShipStation on their behalf and show their shipping costs in…

  9. Allow the ability to add SKU item barcodes to our packing slips as well as pick lists.

    We don't use UPC codes, thus we don't have barcodes to scan in order to utilize the Scan and Verify option. However, that process has prevented us from sending out incorrect orders many times.

    If we can print item sku barcodes on our packing slips and pick slips, we can utilize those barcodes to be able to verify our products in the order.

    This is really important for the print on demand business where there is no barcodes and UPC codes generated for every single product.

  10. Add a Service Requested option in manual order entry

    You all need to add a Service Requested option in manual order entry and not just via CSV. Critical to ensuring we get products shipped out correctly.

  12. Hide Customer Contact Information in Order Details for Specific Users

  14. QR Codes for Processing Returns

    It would be a God send for our company if ShipStation would be able to support return labels through QR codes, much like Amazon does. Maybe even supporting an app for QR codes that can be integrated with ShipStation. Our customer satisfaction would go up 100% if this could be implemented. Thank you for your time!

  15. Regions with no zip code

    Regions with no zip code are not importing to ship station.
    Will recommend a logic to correct this issue, since there is no notifications of this orders not importing successfully and also needs to enter manual

    On the other hand, will recommend to work direct with apps partners such as Squarespace to enhance their address verification, so customers will need to fill correctly to successfully place an order.

  16. I think it would be great to be able to manually marked orders in the "Delivery Exception" category as "Delivered."

    I've got a few orders left in my Delivery Exceptions, which I've discovered have actually made it to their destination. However, there is no way to mark them as "delivered" or "Fulfilled" or whatever. I would like to clear the Delivery Exceptions so I am not just checking the same two orders over and over again.   18. insurance based on product total

    In the automations, we can currently filter orders based on various criterions, including the "order total", "shipping paid" and "tax paid", but not on "product total".

    I want to select insurance only on orders over a certain amount of product value. Since "product total" is already a visible field in the order details, it shouldn't be hard to add that to the list of available criterions.

  19. Orders Tab Advance Search Ship Date

    Would love to be able to use ship date in advance search under orders tab as I need to run reports for all orders that ship in a given month, and sum up the total dollars. Currently I must use "Order Date", but given that we run an on-demand model we sometimes have large backlogs during the holidays (or other exceptions such as covid where we are closed for extended periods of time), and so I must set the order date back a few months. This leaves the potential of me missing a few orders if I don't set the…

  20. Allow Aliases to be considered during order search/filters

    We think about our items in terms of "products" -- not necessarily in terms of "SKU" -- the reason is because different channels can have different skus in some circumstances.

    The current filters do not consider product aliases. I can only filter by SKU, then I need to add in each SKU and remember each SKU every time I do a filter.

    It would be better to search based on the actual PRODUCT, which would just be defined as a collection of SKU aliases that I set once.
