  1. Problems with Shipping address in Puerto Rico

    Orders with shipping address State says "Puerto Rico" should correct themselves as "PR" instead of making us crazy trying to guess what's the problem with this order that system can't print label

  2. Allow 1 label per item

    I noticed that there are several people asking about this and it keeps getting closed for lack of interest. No matter how I tweak orders coming in to shipstation, they always get lumped in one label that is the sum of the weight and value of the entire order.

    Can we at least have a way to simply allocate products to each package, so Package 1 has 2 x widget A and 3 x widget B, etc? Rather than having to open up the products database and calculate the weights and values again by hand?

    This is a major pain…

  4. Insurance

    We would like the insured value to automatically be split between packages on a multiple package shipment. That way we don't have to manually add insurance on each package for every multiple piece shipment.

  5. Capture promo discount from Amazon

    Currently SS doesn't bring in the promo discount customer uses at checkout. The order total is incorrect, revenue is overstated and it looks like the order was underpaid.

  6. Order Management Image Size/Dimesnions

    See attached image. When our shipping picks items from Order Management, they need to be able to see the entire image, currently top and bottom are cut off. Important item indication data is at the top.

  7. The ability to hide SKUs on imported orders for component SKUs

    I would be nice to be able to hide SKUs from imported orders.

    Let me explain my reasoning. Like many other Shipsattion users, we use bundles. The components of the bundles are tracked by our inventory management software...Linnworks. All of our channels orders come into Linnworks and than are exported to ShipStation for shipping. Linnworks can send to ShipStation either the bundle's sku or the bundle sku and its component skus.   8. Notice of Order Change

    It would be nice if modified orders were indicated with a red exclamation point (as pictured) or some other way to draw attention. We use BigCommerce and when an order is modified that change is sent to ShipStation. If the invoice has already been printed, however, the person fulfilling the order will likely not be aware of the change. Customer Service has to manually contact the warehouse to ensure that the change has been noted.

  9. A rule to charge UPS shipping to recipient

    I want a rule that would allow us to charge UPS shipping to recipient. Currently, we are able to set up a rule that charges a 3rd party for shipping, which on face, should be the same thing. However, it actually costs the recipient more to do it this way, so we are forced to manually change all orders that come through like this. Seems like it would be an easy fix, since the functionality is almost there in the rules and is already there manually.

  10. Allow Users To Re-Order Custom Package Sizes

    See attached screen shot. There is no abiilty to re-order package sizes. So if we start using a size more often and want to put it at the top of the list we are forced to delete and re-add all sizes. Can you allow a "drag-and-drop" re-order feature?

  11. At this time, you will only be able to set one view as default per order status. If you add a default view to your Awaiting Shipment, then a

    Allow saved "order views" per status type.

    At the moment, you can only set one view as default per order. If you add a default view to your Awaiting Shipment, then attempt to add a default to your Awaiting payment status, the most recent one will cancel the former out.

    It would be better if the "show me this view by default" worked per status.

  12. Notification/alert if the tracking number shows no movement after 24 or 48 hours

    It would be great to get a notification/alert when a tracking number shows no movement after 24 or 48 hours. This would help us know if a label was created but never shipped.

  13. Always have 'notify marketplace' and/or 'notify customer' selected for orders

    Like SO MANY ShipStation user requests, this idea has been brought up before, voted on as a good idea, and then NOTHING happens!

    People please! Regardless of whether you actually need this feature or not...let's vote this thing through the roof and see if ShipStation actually does something!

    And ShipStation....please listen to us when we say we want something made! Stop saying "please vote on this (...and then we'll secretly do absolutely nothing)". Man-up and get your hands dirty! ;)

    The Problem -

    Our business needs an option to always have the 'notify marketplace' and/or 'notify customer' selected for orders.

  14. transfer manual order

    For example we have 3 business running and they don't have an option to export the orders (it's not amazon/ebay).
    So we use 3 manual stores and sometimes we have errors, an order that is shipped from 1 manual stores, actually needed to be shipped from other.
    Having an option to transfer order would be great.

  16. Move back to awaiting shipment if unable to ship via FBA automation

    I have an issue which need to be addressed. We have orders that come in as 1 or 2 day shipping, set to auto fulfill from FBA. However, if 1 or more SKUs is not available at FBA then this order sits in the pending fulfillment folder but shows as unavailable. IN the event that this happens, it should automatically be transferred back into the awaiting shipment folder to be Merchant fulfilled. Getting stuck in this pending fulfillment folder could cause a shipment to be missed by warehouse staff. A simple setting that says "If fulfillment order is unable to…

    Need to have an option in CSV upload for the number of packages per order. Would also be great to be able to simply enter the number of identical packages on an order vs manually duplicating each package.

  19. branded return portal for shiphero or fba orders

    Branded Return Portal doesn't work for Amazon FBA orders. Having to use Returnly - does exactly the same thing as Shipstation except customers can't initiate returns on shipstation. shipstation should allow returns on orders it doesn't ship out. Thanks

  20. More HotKey Options for Order Specifics / Order Settings

    Make order screen infinitely more hands-off by implementing the following four simple HotKey Lists (and especially their associated barcodes)

    New HotKey List 1. Label Providers (to include Amazon for SFP orders)

    New HotKey List 2. Carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc...)

    New HotKey List 3. Services (UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, etc...)

    New HotKey List 4. Package (Custom, all "Your Packaging" options, and any carrier/service specific packaging options from selection in list 2 or 3).

    Wow what an awesome option for a workflow, right? This can be done with mouse clicks…
