  1. Add Picked Up, Hand Delivered as Mark as Shipped carrier options

    When I hand deliver or the customer picks up and I manually mark it as shipped, it requires me to select a carrier, so can you make a carrier in the drop-down that is "picked up" and does not request a tracking number to be put in and maybe make another carrier that is "hand-delivered" or "self-delivered" and also does not require a tracking number?

  2. Add Tax Identifiers to Order using Automation Rules

    Hello,
    Now the ability to add tax identifiers to orders has been implemented we need this action to be added to the automation rules because currently the only way to do this is manually on each order which will take too long.

  3. tracking number from Amazon

    I am requesting ShipStation to be able to receive tracking numbers from Amazon when an order is updated to shipped by Amazon.

  4. Use eBay order number instead of sales record number, to reduce clicks and memorization time needed to get to eBay Print Shipping Label

    By using eBay's OLD sales record number instead of the CURRENT order number eBay implemented in AUGUST 2019 (9 months ago!), ShipStation is causing customer teams to waste time and create errors by having to do these steps to reach the Print Shipping Label functionality in eBay for EVERY order that is processed:
    1) scroll up to the top of the SS Order Details page to read and memorize or copy/paste the eBay userid
    2) click eBay OLD sales invoice number at top of SS Order Details page to open the eBay tab
    3) click item title in eB
    4)…

  5. orders on hold

    Orders that are on hold status in ShipStation can still be packed/scanned and shipped, potentially allowing an order that should not be shipped to get shipped. Would be great to not allow an order that is on hold to get scanned (at scan to verify items stage) or at least receive a warning indicating that order is on hold.

  6. Hello we are looking to add another "folder" to our ship station for back order items

    Hello, We are looking for a way to create another "folder" for our items that are on backorder. As of now they are sitting in our holds "folder" and it is getting to be very confusing in that "folder". We need a way to organize the holds area. Thank you.

  7. More options with Shipped Orders

    With the current post office backlog, it would be helpful to have more options for shipped orders.

    -Manually marked order delivered. USPS does mess up, and once confirmed received, it would be nice to push them to show delivered.

    -Ability to tag in the shipment tab. Or show tags. I want to be able to tag orders to reship or that we did reship.


    • One more sort option. It would be lovely to have Out For Delivery as a delivery status we could filter by.

    -The ability to move orders back into the shipping section from Shipments. This mess with…

  8. Ctrl + F Search

    We are keen to switch to V3, as currently using the legacy version, but have noticed that when viewing the orders using 'Ctrl + F' to find and select multiple orders for batch printing doesn't work correctly. This search will only work if the order number is actually visible on the screen, ie, in the first 20 orders, but this isn't great when we have a list of hundreds of orders waiting to ship and then have to search for each one individually in the 'search orders' box.

    In the legacy version, this works fine, but not in the new…

  9. product photo on main orders page

    Product photo on the orders page where all orders are listed waiting shipment as an additional column will be very helpful for our business. We have huge inventory with several channels and looking at the photo while pulling and sorting the orders and preparing them for shipment will be very helpful as every order is different. Also very helpful when multiple items per order are displayed as in our case they are all different.

    Which column are you referring to? The notes column?

    You can currently add notes to any orders notes field by clicking the notes icons in the Notes orders grid column – though you can’t import the notes that way. You must manually enter them.

    if that is not what you are referring to, could you please comment and clarify a bit on what you are looking to do and why?

  11. Please allow us to do a filter on BATCH -- either show or hide if the order is already in a batch

    The whole idea is that when going through and organizing items into a batch, it's a big pain to see what is already in a batch or not.

    You might say to just sort by batch column, but then the SKUs get out of alignment. We want to be able to see what's NOT in a batch, sort or filter by SKU, then put them in the appropriate batch.

  13. OR Condition in Automation Rules

    I want to be able to either:


    1. Use a filter FIRST and then apply other conditions as well in the automation rules

    OR


    1. Have an OR condition on the automation rule.

    OR


    1. Be able to cascade automation rules that way there can be a top level rule that then other rules can apply to if they match the same conditions.

    The issue is that if there is a complex rule set that you need to apply to multiple other conditions, you have to re-create the complex rule set for ever scenario. This is very prohibitive.

  14. Fix Timezone Issue

    Australian time zone does not actually work correctly.

    It calculates the "hours" since the order was placed in Shopify correctly, but even though Sydney Australia Time Zone is selected it shows the actual order date completely wrong. It is about 18-24 hours behind so always shows the previous date as the order date which isn't correct.

  15. Ability to add the "Packing Slip Printed" column to the "Orders" page

    There was a previous idea for this (http://feedback.shipstation.com/forums/330429-product-feedback-fresh-ideas/suggestions/41372872-add-packing-slip-printed-column-to-orders-sectio) which was marked completed but the capability is not there.

    While you do give the ability to show a "Packing Slip Printed" column in the "Shipped" page, the column is not listed on the "Orders" page. Please make this column available for the "Orders" page as well.

  16. enter "scan to verify" mode from order

    Being able to enter the "scan to verify" mode directly from an order, instead of needing to switch to the "scan" tab would make using "scan to verify" much more efficient as an order picking tool.

    I need to be able to have orders go to pending fulfillment so that the warehouse knows what has been packaged or not. Right now it's confusing because as soon as a label is created, it's marked as shipped. It makes no sense that there is no step in between so that there is a differentiator between a package that is picked and awaiting pick-up and simply has a generated shipping label.

  19. Custom fields being imported if declared as a Date then we can filter them

    The option to import custom fields from our selling channel is a very useful feature. However with the option to declare the custom as date we can import the orders with the custom fields according to the business needs.

    This would mean we can filter orders based on the imported custom field and have thing more organized.

  20. Add order information via API after order is marked as shipped

    For some operations, it would be helpful to be able to provide updates via API to orders. Currently, orders marked as 'shipped' are unable to be updated via API.

    For some warehousing and after-sales fullfillment services, being able to update "internal notes" or "custom field" fields would be helpful. Currently this can only be done manually.

    For example after a customer orders and the product is shipped, it would be useful to input the serial number of the product that was ultimately shipped, which is only learned after the shipping label has been applied.
