  1. Customs Declarations values should be taken from the current order, not shipstation products (or at least there should be an option)

    When we have SALES in our woocommerce store, we are using dynamic pricing plugin for changing the prices of items. We also have different memberships for customers with different discounts for each.

    When new order is made and imported to shipstation, the prices on items are correct, eg item full price is $10, sale price is $5, so in order details on shipstation it shows $5 per item.

    Hovewer, if you scroll down, in Customs Declarations section the values used are being taken from Shipstation products, therefore it's a full price ($10 per item) even though customer paid $5.

  2. Fix Timezone Issue

    Australian time zone does not actually work correctly.

    It calculates the "hours" since the order was placed in Shopify correctly, but even though Sydney Australia Time Zone is selected it shows the actual order date completely wrong. It is about 18-24 hours behind so always shows the previous date as the order date which isn't correct.

  3. A way to manage multiple sites

    We have 2 shipping locations - we need a way to be able to login with 2 different usernames (based on the location we are in) and the "ship from" and "bill to" fields automatically set correctly based on the username. Seems like an elementary thing to have multi-site support so that we don't have to make manual changes every time we want to ship from a different location.

  4. Autopopulate SKUs after 2 characters

    When creating a new manual order, SKUs only auto-populate after 3 characters. But ShipStation allows you to create SKUs that are only 2 characters long, so those SKUs will never auto-populate. Please fix this.

  5. Shopify Customer Notes IMPORT ERROR - PLEASE FIX asap!

    When you use more than one languages in your store, Shipstation automatically adds the following line on the Customers Order Notes:

    <br/>language: ru

    ( where "ru" the current language )

    It seems that the Shipstation API imports the Additional Details field inside the Customer Notes.

    Please fix. All orders now coming with a message so we have to search each and every note for potential real customer notes rather than the language text.

  6. Copy "Note from Buyer" to "Note to Buyer"

    Looking to copy text in"Note from Buyer" iver to "Note to Buyer" based on contents. Shopify puts gift notes, App notes, and duty/tax info all in "Notes from Buyer". We would like to create an automation rule that analyzes the content and copies it over to the "Note to Buyer" or "Internal Notes" fields. Currently you can only add static notes based on this content, but we need to copy over specific information (ie: gift notes).

  7. Hello we are looking to add another "folder" to our ship station for back order items

    Hello, We are looking for a way to create another "folder" for our items that are on backorder. As of now they are sitting in our holds "folder" and it is getting to be very confusing in that "folder". We need a way to organize the holds area. Thank you.

  8. product photo on main orders page

    Product photo on the orders page where all orders are listed waiting shipment as an additional column will be very helpful for our business. We have huge inventory with several channels and looking at the photo while pulling and sorting the orders and preparing them for shipment will be very helpful as every order is different. Also very helpful when multiple items per order are displayed as in our case they are all different.

  9. Summarized notification on orders instead of a notification per order.

    I think most people want to know they have orders and if possible how many orders they will have to prepare for shipment. The notification should be a summary of the number of orders and have the option to be scheduled by the company as seen fit.

    Since the database has the fields already, the company could be given the control of building the information they need from the summarized order notification as they see it fit, when to receive the notification (for example, receive notifications at 7:00 am and 5:00 pm or just one at 2:00 pm that could…

  10. Add a way to remove "Do Not Import" tag from order

    It'd be great to have a way of removing the "do not import" tag from an order.
    Once an order is marked "do not import", by an automation rule, it is impossible to import that order - even if the rule has changed. The only way to get the order into ShipStation is to manually create it.

  12. Fire webhook when order is cancelled

    Currently there is no way to be alerted if an order is marked as Cancelled in ShipStation. This makes it difficult to keep data in sync with an external system. A webhook should be fired when an order is Cancelled.

  14. Webhook for Package Delivery

    It would be great to have a webhook for when a package gets delivered. I know that shipstation can automatically send out an email when that's the case, but it would be great to notify our servers so we can make adjustments accordingly, send out push notifications, modify our app's UI etc.

  15. Show Shopify Line Item Properties in Custom Fields

    We use Line Item Properties to collect gift card messages for gifts sold through our website.

    We need a way in which to bulk export these from ShipStation using the custom fields.

    At the moment customs fields does not give the option to link/show the Line Item Properties from orders. Can this be added so data that Line Item Property data can be shown in custom fields?

  17. Allow addition of non-domestic shipping account for cross-border/line-haul shipments

    Please allow the addition of non-domestic shipping accounts wiithout requiring another Shipstation account. We truck shipments across the border from Canada to the US for hand-off to Fedex in the USA. These then ship on a 3rd party shipping account (domestic USA). Why not allow the addition of 3rd party international shipping accounts that can be associated with a US originating warehouse address?

  19. Ability to manually change the Order #

    Our selling source is a custom build. There was a bug in importing from our selling source to shipstation, and the order #s and customers are 'offset' - ex: order 761 in shipstation has the item and recipient from order 762 in our selling source. this doesn't seem like a huge issue, but the end result is that tracking #s will be sent to the wrong client.

    I'd like the ability to manually change the order #s to correct for errors like this, and prevent future offsets.
