    The Problem: The Age column is very useful however... Currently, if a marketplace doesn't supply a time for when an order was paid, the orders do not age. For example, our marketplace (Clickfunnels) charges at the moment the order is placed, and then charges separately for upsells, and then bundles the items and sends them to Shipstation, so the payment times are all different for the different products. Also, what about free orders that do not require a payment?

    The Idea: Perhaps there could be an optional setting in Shipstation for order "age" in which the order begins to age…

  2. Add "Paste US Address" as a default option when entering manual orders.

    ShipStation recently removed this as a default option and when entering a ton of manual US orders it adds a new step to the process, which cna be time consuming when entering a lot of orders. Let the user decide during setup which country they prefer as a default.

  3. Manual Shipments - Update Marketplace

    After marking an order as shipped, it is not possible to update the marketplace if you forget to select the notify marketplace box during the process. It would be good to be able to update marketplace after an order is shipped and/or make the Notify Marketplace box mandatory with a setting.

  4. Calculate rates for multiple orders (that are selected) and automatically select the cheapest Service or each order selected

    Hello,

    We have found that one of the largest time sinks and easily the most tedious job in our shipping process is selecting the cheapest Service (e.g. Fedex , UPS, USPS) for multiple orders.

    ** CURRENT WORKFLOW **
    For example, say we have 1000 Amazon Prime Orders. Currently we need to click the "Calc" button on each individual order, then in the "Rate Calculator" dialog box, in the 'Amazon Fulfillment' tab, I click on the cheapest service available for a given order.

  5. Could we have a hotkey for opening the scan to print feature?

    We find ourselves wanting to get back to the scan to print window quickly after having to go out into the regular mode and would really like to just be able to hit x or p or some hotkey to get the window back.

  6. Hot link directly to Shipstation Order

    Right now, we need to look up an order in a custom order management system, then look it up in Shipstation. I'd like to create a workflow where we can look up the order in the first system, then just click a link to go directly to the order page in Shipstation. So basically, I'd like to link directly to a Shipstation order page.

    However, each order page loads in a modal window so orders aren't given a direct URL. I'd like to simply have a shipsation URL where I can pass in an order id and have that page…

  7. Flag orders that have had their address modified by ShipStation

    Nearly every online platform we sell on requires us to do at least this one thing, "Ship to the address provided by the customer" It gives us seller protection on eBay, helps our case in chargeback claims, and even A-z claims if they come up.

    ShipStation's address verification is a very useful tool however sometimes it completely changes an address, and in the flow of hundreds of orders per day we are unaware of it. This leads to return to sender, dead letter, or even mis-delivered packages and in turn, into loss of profit on sales.

  8. Rate calculator

    Pretty often customer calling to get a shipping cost and they are not ready to create an order until they know what is their shipping cost expenses.
    Calculator should be a tool to get quick estimate. If you cannot calculate at least 2 boxes without adding all customer information and product details, this tool become useless in most of the cases.

  9. Group Orders by SKU but Display Them in Alphanumerical Order Using the Warehouse Location

    I would like to have the ability to customize our "view" by grouping single SKU orders but have them displayed on the screen in order using the "Warehouse Location."

    That way, when we walk through our picking shelves the first order we pick will be the first order displayed in Shipstation and so forth.

    This view would streamline the picking process to align with the orders on the screen.

    Feature to search all orders, pending and shipped by order number either comma separated, or line by line,

    in order to bulk reprint labels, and packing slips in a situation that orders from different batches need to be reprinted.

  11. Sorting items within order by SKU

    Once you click into an order to see the items, there is no way to sort those items on the screen. We utilize the images so a printed sorted pack slip does not help. We need a way to arrange/sort items within the specific order on the screen. I know the system is capable of sorting the pack slips by SKU and a variety of other characteristics, please add this same sorting to the popup window that displays the content of an order.

  12. Awaiting shipment

    STOP automatically placing all new orders in 'Awaiting Shipment' status or overriding whatever merchant settings are in place.

    It's completely unnessecsary and for merchants who have custom order status it's extremly inconvenient.

  14. Revoke user permission for cancelling and combining orders

    My warehouse employees sometimes will cancel an order in Shipstation and then forget to also cancel the same order in Amazon or eBay. By the time this becomes a real problem, it's already too late. One time, they combined two orders, one from eBay and one from Amazon, because the buyers had the same first and last name and the orders coincidentally were made within seconds of each other. I need to deny my guys the ability to cancel or combine orders, but still allow them to ship orders. Ideally, these users will need someone with Administration-level permissions to cancel…

  15. Cratejoy Discount Code

    It would really be great if discount codes customers used can be imported into Shipstation from Cratejoy. We use discount codes for things such as 2 for 1 offers, and there is no way to know how to fulfill orders without double checking the backend of our website to know if a sale was a 2 for 1.

  18. Google Express - Combining Orders Alert needed asap

    Google Express - Combining Orders Alert needed asap

    Per customer support the zip code and email address must be the same for the alert to be produced. This will be an issue as google express seems to create a separate order for each item thus creating a unique marketplace email each order. This prevents the alert from being produced.

    Please adjust your rules/make a way for the Google express orders to provide the "combine orders alert" asap.

  19. Exchange Requests

    Currently, customers are able to submit product returns. However, having the functionality to request exchanges would be wonderful.
    Other Shopify plugins currently make this process very seamless. It would be great to be able to use it strait through shipstation.

  20. Automatically sync orders from ShipStation to Quickbooks

    We use ShipStation to receive orders from many sales channels and platforms.

    While the Quickbooks integration is great, it would be even better if the sync could happen automatically every day or at some other specified interval.
