  1. Package delivery report

    An option to create a report that could be run daily/weekly that shows delivery status of packages would be very helpful.
    If there is a way to do this now we haven't been able to find it.

    Why oh why is your weekly digest in dollars!!

    Surely you are catering to countries outside of the US!

  3. inventory export

    Inventory Export should have customizable columns. I can see Stock number amount, but not Allocated or Available numbers. Not having this feature unfortunately makes Inventory much less useful for managing a small business.

  4. Late or on-time delivery status notices to shipper -

    It begs to reason that we can set an internal notice where by a package that is shipped by a particular method should be auto-tracked and the status be updated in the shipments section. This way if a package is a day or 2 late, we can click on "track" and get updates. Or set an email message notification that says "this package is late " . This way we can sort it out before the customer expecting the package has to contact us to tell us the status. Not knowing the status of packages after they are shipped or…

  5. Allow Custom Reports or Exports to be pulled via API

    Right now, among other things we have a custom export set to pull Shipment - Package count. We can see that info in ShipStation on the order details and also on the shipment summary tab, but that information is currently not available via Shipment API call. If that can be either added to the output or if we can somehow are able to call custom exports via API calls that will be awesome. Thanks!

  6. Order Aging

    I would to know the average age of our orders when they ship. A goal for all ecom operations is a short shipping time but it is difficult to measure in detail using ShipStation

  8. Make "ship by" exportable

    I would like to be able to export the date we are suppose to ship an order by. You can see this date in the order summary when in an order and there is an option on the orders tab to view this in the shipment, but there is no report to export this data. This is an important part of the shipping business to make sure you are shipping orders out by the time frame given from the marketplace.

  9. Real time stats reports

    It would be amazing since ShipStation is the one place that imports our orders from all marketplaces if we had a page we could open on ShipStation that would show REAL TIME sales, and statistics for the day. Something we could even customize to show what we need, and then cast that onto a TV in the office so that managers and staff can keep track of sales on company screens in the office. Currently we're using Shopify for this as they have a "Live View" however Shopify doesn't import all of our information so the information is not accurate.

  10. Add labels created via "Rate Calculator" to the reports

    Currently, any labels created via the Rate Calculator will not appear in Insights reports, such as the "Shipping Cost" report, making accounting a bit of a nightmare.

    I'd like to see those reports includes ALL shipping labels, not just the ones associated with an order.

    It would be nice to have a report that could give us an estimate of how many more weeks/months of inventory we have on hand based on previous sales data.

  13. Need Requested Service option when creating delivery reports

    Need to create a report that includes the order date, delivery status (delivered, in transit, etc) AND the 'Requested Service' of the customer. This is vital to be able to see if we are hitting our KPI of on time deliveries.
    Currently, the only way I can see to do this is to create two different reports and merge them in Excel.
    Any chance we can get a 'Requested Service' filter or column on the Shipment page?

  14. Exporting Reports to Different File types

    Currently the only option when exporting custom reports is a CSV file. We would like to be able to export to our own file type that would have preset sorting options; conditional formatting etc.

  15. Adding Custom Fields to Shipments Line Item Export

    Exporting Line Item Data via the Shipments Tab is missing the Custom Fields data option

    After clicking Advanced Options, Custom Fields does not pop up and this is a very general need for many people including ourselves.

    We need the Custom Fields Data to be on our Shipment Line Item Export for automating our shipping process.

  16. Customer overview, Canadian map.

    Customer overview for Canadian users shows the USA map only. Maybe have a Canadian map alternative for us Canadians to use. This information is always helpful to see which province is doing best and to work out shipping costs etc.

  17. Return shipments by store.

    We need to have a report that shows return shipments by store. We need this to figure our profitability by store. Impossible to pick through thousands of shipping charges to find the ones that are from a particular store

  18. cost of goods

    Hi,

    Shopify recently added a section to enter a Product's Cost or "Cost of Goods".

    I was wondering if ShipStation Reports can pull this information from Shopify whenever I generate a report?

    For example, Shipments > Advanced Search > Ship From Location > (dropship warehouse) > Export > Shipped Line Items

    This would be helpful in keeping track of Cost of Goods on orders sent to a warehouse for dropshipping

  19. Comprehensive Line Item Billing Costs for Shipping

    Hey folks -

    We're running into an issue where the the order export file isn't picking up additional charges from Fed Ex that are being reflected in your online system.

    An order is exported with a cost of: 34.60
    Shipstation online shows a cost of: 36.83

    More than likely, the difference is the home delivery fee not being picked up by the order export file.

    We download the file on a daily basis and post it into our local order tracking spreadsheet.

    We understand that there can be a difference between what's quoted in your system and what Fed Ex…

  20. Exporting a returned list that includes email address

    I would love to be able to export a list that has an email address of a customer and whether or not that a return package has been received so I am able to reach out to customers who have returned their packages and credit the account of those that have returned them.
