    ShipStation Weekly Digest - it would be nice to be able to pull this report weekly as a CSV file.

    It would be nice to have a report that could give us an estimate of how many more weeks/months of inventory we have on hand based on previous sales data.

  3. Need Requested Service option when creating delivery reports

    Need to create a report that includes the order date, delivery status (delivered, in transit, etc) AND the 'Requested Service' of the customer. This is vital to be able to see if we are hitting our KPI of on time deliveries.
    Currently, the only way I can see to do this is to create two different reports and merge them in Excel.
    Any chance we can get a 'Requested Service' filter or column on the Shipment page?

  4. Adding Custom Fields to Shipments Line Item Export

    Exporting Line Item Data via the Shipments Tab is missing the Custom Fields data option

    After clicking Advanced Options, Custom Fields does not pop up and this is a very general need for many people including ourselves.

    We need the Custom Fields Data to be on our Shipment Line Item Export for automating our shipping process.

  5. Customer overview, Canadian map.

    Customer overview for Canadian users shows the USA map only. Maybe have a Canadian map alternative for us Canadians to use. This information is always helpful to see which province is doing best and to work out shipping costs etc.

    We need to have a report that shows return shipments by store. We need this to figure our profitability by store. Impossible to pick through thousands of shipping charges to find the ones that are from a particular store

  7. cost of goods

    Hi,

    Shopify recently added a section to enter a Product's Cost or "Cost of Goods".

    I was wondering if ShipStation Reports can pull this information from Shopify whenever I generate a report?

    For example, Shipments > Advanced Search > Ship From Location > (dropship warehouse) > Export > Shipped Line Items

    This would be helpful in keeping track of Cost of Goods on orders sent to a warehouse for dropshipping

  8. Exporting a returned list that includes email address

    I would love to be able to export a list that has an email address of a customer and whether or not that a return package has been received so I am able to reach out to customers who have returned their packages and credit the account of those that have returned them.

  9. Average Shipping Cost by Product ID

    I would like the Shipping Cost report in Insights > Reports > Shipping Cost to have an additional filter field "Product ID" so I can calculate average shipping costs for each product. Currently that report does not specify the product ID at all.

    This will help sellers set prices on listings which are advertised as Free Shipping to the buyer.

  10. Can we get order numbers on the Returned Products Report?

    The Returned Products Report has the information we need except for the order number. Can we get that added to this report for cross referencing?

  11. is there any report in reporting, where we can download and see the delivery status of a shipment ?

    it would be great to have a report with delivery status of shipment. This way we can generate a weekly report and check to see if there are are some labels made but there is no status ( may be warehouse never shipped ) or shipments undelivered or lost shipment

  12. Improve Large Data Exports

    When I am attempting to export large data exports (100000 orders+), Shipstation has an issue completing these tasks. I'm not sure if this is a server issue, or if their system simply cannot handle the volume of data I am requesting. I am asking for an improvement in this system, that will be able to handle these large data exports.

  13. shipment download information

    when you download order data of orders that have not been shipped yet, you are able to download the order notes, seller notes, and customer notes, but as soon as the order has shipped and you download the shipments report from raw data, the ability to see these goes away. these should be data points that are available in the CSV as well.

  14. user performance - show shipped orders and quantity of items per user

    Hi!

    I would like to suggest an update to an existing report under the Insights section. The report is Shipment Count by User.

    Right now the report is great to show how many orders each user shipped by day/week/month. However, we ship big and small orders, some have 1 piece and some have 500 pieces. I'd like to know not only how many orders were shipped, but also how many items were shipped by each user per day/week/month/year.

    For example, shipper Alex might have only shipped 3 orders, but 1200 pieces in one day. Whereas, shipper Teddy shipped 87 orders…

  15. Customer Data Export that actually includes all data

    The customer raw data report leaves out marketplace, and marketplace username (as can be viewed from the customer section in ShipStation). There is no other way to export data, so there's no possible way to get customer data from ShipStation that actually includes all the data shown in the Customer tab.

  16. REPORT to show Shipping cost per line item/SKU

    in order to calculate the total cost of a product. It would be nice to have a report in ship station that had the shipping cost at a line item/sku level

    It would be convenient to get a report, or filter for orders that have multiple shipments. Sometimes it's difficult to find how many re-shipments we're doing to correct mistakes.

  18. Include manual labels cost in Shipping Cost reports

    When printing a label manually through the shipment cost calculator, it will be assigned to an order # of N/A, and won't be included in any cost reports.

    It would be nice it it were so we could accurately see what we are spending on shipping.

  20. View/Expand my Sales By Store report or have a Sales By Store graph/diagram

    Hello, I wonder if there is an easy way to view my Sales By Store report or graph/diagram? In your old version you used to show the daily sales by store in a multi-colored graph, and it was a very useful feature. Now you have just a "Sales by Store" summary under Sale Trends view, but I'd love to be able to expand it, view sales by store by date, and also view more than 5 stores.
