  1. Controlling the Font on Email Templates

    Please make the Items List font editable. Your documentation here https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/206639917-How-do-I-edit-my-email-templates-source-code-HTML- says that we can control the font that the email templates use, but after going back and forth with support for over a week, we were told that we cannot fully control the font. I quote, "Add CSS either inline or between <style> tags at the top of the template." In fact, an error code will appear when using the CSS style tag.   2. Notify customer when I split an order that X Y Z items are remaining to be shipped.

    I would like an email automation that would notify the customer that I split their order and X Y Z Products are remaining to be shipped.

  3. CONFIRMATION SMS

    it will be a great idea if we were able to send shipment and delivery confirmation via text (SMS), not just emails. As you know some people still not used to emails, tthey dont use emails at all, but they can text, if we can only send shipping confirmation via SMS it will be great, i know there are other softwares that uses this, but i am surprised not to see it as one of your options.

  4. woocommerce customer notes

    Customer facing notes are written back to woocommerce when a label is created.

    They are misleading to customers. We have shipstation send an email "When the package hits the mailstream". I would rather have this note sent over from shipstation at the same time or be able to control this as a customer facing note/internal note. An order isn't really completed until it's shipped and printing a shipping label doesn't mean it's shipped.

  5. A tax ID saved to a specific customer record

    We mainly use Shipstation for B2B exportations and i would really appreciate the opportunity to have a field to put the Tax ID when i import customers.

    Also, this Tax ID should be linked with my UPS accound so that the number actually appears on my commercial invoices.

    Can we add a feature where shipment notification can be sent to multiple contact rather than just 1 contact?
    I want to send notification to requesters and recipient. As of right now, only recipient can receive an email notification when a shipment is processed.

  7. New Customers & automation

    Hi, I am looking for a way to IDENTIFY new customers automatically. Currently all our orders are imported from an OpenCart shopping. When a customer places an order they all come in the same way, whether new or repeat. I currently want to have a indicator (a buyers note) that we would have attached automatically to the NEW customer. So that when we print our packing lists, we will see the message and the team would then know to put in Material in their package.   8. Ability to download tracking information for SurePost and MI

    Ability to download tracking information for SurePost and Mail Innovations?!?!

    Would like to be able ot email the customer both tracking numbers and explain that one log is a transfer (hand off) from UPS to USPS.

  9. Slack Webhook Support

    Slack has a particular format that webhooks have to be in. Right now the ship station webhook does not work with slack. It would be great to have this integrated. Their standard is explained here: https://api.slack.com/incoming-webhooks

  10. Ability to add JSON to the email template

    We need the ability to add JSON to the email template.

    For example, we have Trustpilot Automatic Feedback Service uses some JSON code in the shipment confirmation email (shipment email template), and JSON is not a language our email template supports at this time. With this, we can provide additional product and site reviews to our site's products. Company and product reviews have never been more important then they are now to get a customer to make the decision to buy for you.

  12. Develop a Help Scout Integration

    We would love to see a Help Scout Integration. If we could see order tracking info directly in Help Scout, our help desk, that would increase efficiencies drastically.

  14. Enable all shipment notifications

    FedEx and others have various push options for letting shippers and recipients stay on top of shipments (when picked up, when something unexpected happens, when it is out of delivery, etc.). With Shipstation the ONLY notification that comes is when it is delivered.

    I want to know if a customer's shipment is delayed, if there is a problem. And, if it is picked up. And knowing that shouldn't involve me having to go and fetch the information. There should be an option with each shipping company as to which of their notifications you want to get and which you want…

  15. Multiple email addresses for customers -

    I have several customers that would like multiple email addresses on their account. For instance, we drop ship for a distributor. They want to be notified and they want the recipient to be notified. Currently I have to do one or the other manually.

    I have other customers who would like shipping notices sent to two or more email addresses as well

  16. Return email message more customizable

    It would be of great interest for us to be able to “smartly” customize the content of our return email messages. It seems we can somewhat manage the message body in Settings-> Store Setup -> Returns. But then, that’s just an empty field. It would be nice to keep the number order just like what the automated email is generating, but then be able to customize the rest. We would definitely like to be able to change the subject (title) of the mail itself.

  17. Selection of email address for sending a separate notification with BCC

    We are using TrustPilot to get reviews of the products people are purchasing. We need to send out a BCC to TrustPilot for them to fire a product review after the product has been received. Currently fires the BCC every time. We need to select what templates get an additional BCC sent out. Otherwise the customer will get multiple emails to review the product.

  18. Allow me to add customers into address book without having to create an order or input email

    I am sending out a lot of samples and it's really frustrating that I can't import my customers and have them saved if they don't have an email address. I had to import them and already create orders for them, but I don't want to categorize them like that just yet because I'm not ready to ship. It creates a lot more work on the back end and I'm almost justifying sending out all of my samples (around 200) with another carrier for ease of use and creating a better customer database.

  19. Allow Delivery Notifications to be Not sent for certain addresses in Automation Rules

    It would be pleasant to have the ability to select certain addresses that when packages are delivered, the system automatically does not send a delivery confirmation. For instance, eBay international orders all go to a certain address in the states before being shipped internationally. The customer still receives a delivery email even tho the package is not delivered. It would be great to be able to have those customers not receive email notifications on delivery.

  20. delivery confirmation emails

    Please set your system to make a call to FedEx at regular intervals to refresh tracking data. Or at least make this an option for customers to set up. We ship perishable items but my customer sometimes don't receive delivery confirmation until days after the delivery. This is not helpful.
