  1. Trigger Zaps for Fulfilled Orders

    I'd like to see a Zap trigger for Fulfilled orders. Currently our orders we print a label for or ship through Shipstation trigger zaps, but they do not trigger when we have a Fulfillment entered from another system. As theoretically we're paying for those orders out of our quota when they're being fulfilled externally, I'd really like to be able to trigger Zaps with them. We have other systems that order fulfillment in SS feeds in to, and this would let us have the same process everywhere.

  2. Combined Order Shipment Email Needs All Order Numbers Included In Message

    When combining orders into a single shipment we really need each of the order numbers that are in the combined shipment to be included in the shipping confirmation email. This should not have to be manually done by someone.

  3. ALERT for INVALID ADDRESS

    Need a way to send an ALERT for INVALID ADDRESS. I need to know via email or alerts on the automation rules setting to alert us if there is an invalid shipping address.

  4. alert or email when reaching subscription shipment limit

    Have configuration settings in account management, where users can set alerts or email notification when subscription is reaching the limit. This will help the shipper be proactive and ship without disruption.

  5. Option of Removing "Powered by Shipstation" Logo

    Removal of "Powered by Shipstation" Logo.

    It would be good to provide customers with the option of removing the "Powered by Shipstation" logo on the shipment and delivery confirmation emails. This would allow the Branded Pages to be just that, branded pages that focus entirely on the company sending the package.

    Ability to Anglisize copy on the branded pages, e.g. change "Zip Code" to "Postcode" on the returns pages.

  8. Emails dont contain pre-headers, so they dont display properly on mobile devices

    Right now, emails sent by shipstation to customers (order confirmations, etc) dont display properly on mobile devices.

    Because of spam/phishing practices, mobile devices display the first few lines of an email in order to help the average person know if they should open it.

    Using the default templates, the emails sent will convey an un-trustworthy "hint" to users, who may choose not to open them out of concern for their security.
    Additionally, since the HTML editor does not allow for "pre-header" information to be entered (only body), it is difficult (impossible) to adjust the email if you want a logo…

  9. Please incorporate a way to include the packing slip in the email template.

    All customers want a copy of the invoice. I use the packing slip as the invoice. When my email is sent it only lists the products shipped but not all the other info listed in the packing slip, like tax, shipping etc.

    Currently I need to send a separate email to each customer that includes the invoice (packing Slip)

  10. Adding Postage to Email Notification

    To be able to add the Postage amount onto the Email Notification. This would be helpful when needing to bill the customer separately for the Postage after the order gets processed into the system.

  11. Fulfillment Notifications

    Users of ShipStation should have the option of receiving email notifications for when an order is fulfilled. This would be helpful with keeping track of orders going out without having to login to the portal or a marketplace portal to confirm.

  12. UPS Quantum View Notify and Other Carrier Notifications

    Having UPS Quantum View Notify functionality would be amazing. It's an extremely powerful tool that basically allows to send notifications to the customer regarding their delivery status, like delays in transit or if it's sitting at a UPS Access Point.

    I'm not sure what other carriers have in regards to this, but I'm sure they may have something similar.

    Delivery confirmation is one thing, and already very good, but having even more notifications like listed above would be incredible. We have customers who's packages end up sitting at UPS Access Points until they are returned to sender because they don't…

    Thanks for the feedback. This is a really good idea and seems to fit into some other feedback around expanding the notification capabilities in ShipStation in general, which we are looking at developing in 2021.

  15. Returns & Exchanges Shipping Alerts

    We would love to see email alerts added so we are notified when returns and exchanges are placed in the mail stream by our customers. At the moment, we are forcing our customers to email us when they place their exchanges our returns in the mail. However, if Shipstation could automate this we could process exchanges and returns much quicker. We would like to see two alerts:

    1.) Alert when the shipment enters the mail stream
    2.) Alert when the shipment is delivered

  16. Increase Webhook Length Allowed

    Webhooks are limited to 200 characters. This limits the uniqueness of the webhook as well as is not RFC 2616 compliant nor does it allow longer than 200 character webhooks to be used from Office365 Flows. It looks like the only option, currently, is to find a URL forwarder that will work when posting data to a webhook, which also reduces security. Please increase webhook length.

  17. notifying customer when an order is split .

    we have two ship from locations and at times in order tofulfill an order, we need to split shipments. our customer service department receives a plenty of calls when this happens, the customer is not being alerted of the multiple shipment, thus making them believe they are missing items when they only receive 1 of 2 shipments.

  19. Allow access to chat support if we can't login

    We ran into an issue recently where we were getting a 403 Error when trying to login. Our subscription level provides chat support but we were unable to access it due to not being able to access the ShipStation app. The main website worked fine.

    In this instance it would've been helpful to have another area of the site for accessing chat support to help resolve the issue quickly.

  20. Email Shipment Notifications - Create a list of customers to NOT email

    There needs to be a way for me to send shipment notifications to customers, but have a list of customers that never get these emails. I have over 5,000 customers and the email used for orders is pourchasing or accounting and they do NOT want emails saying an order has shipped.

    I need a way to just click a button on a customer saying this customer gets NO emails, or a way to create an automation rule so that if the email has this customers email on it, do not email them any shipment notification.

    I do not understand how…
